I needed a shower chair. For some “insurance reason “ this hotel could not provide one. Well that is not cool !The hotel is accessible in every way but THAT one is a BIG no-no …for me.

Hallway looked like there were vomit stains on the floor. We were only there for one night and in their defense, we didn’t call the desk to let them know.

The restaurant options on site were lacking. Really only one location for lunch/dinner.

The room was very spacious, had a full kitchen and dining area. Location was close to the airport and the beach.

Tiki bar closed very early, and the traffic between my room and the Gulf was very busy.

Came in a little early, and was able to get into my room early. Room was very comfortable, and had an amazing view.

Not really too many restaurants on premises no food service and when I book the room I didn’t say that all rooms had balcony so I upgraded Thinking I didn’t have a balcony in the first place

Limited food options and they close early, so basically after 8pm you have to eat elsewhere. The food we had was good, the pizza was really good! The staff at the bar seemed a bit stressed with each other which sometimes was annoying, customers are not there to hear their issues, but OVERALL it was good and when it came to taking care of the customer they had a nice attitude! Pool chairs were taken almost all the time and the ones that were "unattended" for long periods of time still had towels, etc. so the staff were not removing them as some signs we saw. Sometimes we were left without a chair. Our room said "Ocean Side" which I mistakenly assumed to be literally OCEAN SIDE, it was parking lot side. So that's a bit misleading especially when trying to book none of the rooms said "ocean VIEW". If I had known this I probably would have stayed somewhere else with ocean view.

Nice atmosphere. Good customer service. Convenient 3 pools, jacuzzi, etc. The room had a good size and it felt clean overall. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Good parking lot, was a spot available. Very kid friendly. The two ladies doing the braids were very nice and also the staff at the activity center, as well as the marketplace staff on Tuesday 06/28.

my first impression was it was going to be a nice place to stay. However when I checked I realized maybe I was wrong. At check in I was told our room number. I asked if we could be higher up since we were given a first floor room. she said no. she did not even look to see if that was possible. I then asked if she could add my Marriott number to my booking. She said I would have to bring the number back, she would not look it up. very rude. For being in a service industry she failed and thus so did the hotel. I booked an Oceanside room. I thought that meant we would be able to see the ocean. Mistake again. No view except the parking lot. I was very disappointed since one of main reasons to be on beach is to see the beach. also found out later in the evening they have paper thin walls. Next problem I noticed was that there were several signs stating 45 minutes of unattended lounge chairs would mean they removed your belongings so others could use them. Wrong again. Numerous chairs were left with towels and no one came to sit in them. Why have a rule and signage if it is not going to enforced.

We booked an ocean side queen room thinking it faced the ocean. We were disappointed that we had to walk out on the balcony to see the ocean.

No hair dryer and I had to wait an hour for one white wet hair . I thought the food offering at the tiki bar was very average bar food at best

We didn’t like that you had to pay so much for beach chairs. I signed up for a Oceanside room and it was a parking lot room. When I called they weren’t helpful at all. So when you are booking and it says Oceanside most likely it’s a parking lot view. Bumped into another couple that said they complained too and no response.

Property was really beautiful, clean and comfortable beds.
