To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur only issue was actually getting into our place the first night. The office closes at five and the room information is kept in a box out front. The envelope with our room information was not in the box. After calling the given number we were finally able to get our room information but the envelope we were given had the wrong code on it so we weren't able to unlock the door. We had to call again to get the correct number. After a long drive and wanting to sit down for dinner this took about an hour to sort out and really limited our options for a meal at that point. This was our only issue and wouldn't stop us from staying here again. It was just really disappointing at the time.
Everything was very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet which was nice. I wasn't sure what to expect with the number of people at each building but we had no issues.

United States of AmericaWe had to be careful about sitting on the balcony. There were a couple bees nest on the ceiling. We did knock them down. But by the next day you could see they started rebuilding.
We like staying there the night before we check into our condo for the week. We were disappointed we didn't get to use the pool because it stormed that night.

United States of AmericaRooms definitely need to be painted over. Bathroom sliding shower door fell off the frame when trying to close the shower door. Lazy river half worked. Baby pool waterfall not working at all. Security constantly asked kids for pool passes. Pools are really small. Can only fit two families at a time.. maybe.
Location was great. Villa was decent. Needed a paint job. Staff was friendly. Maintenance came within a hour of call time. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but to sleep so we didn’t mind the accommodations. Washer and dryer was probably the best part.

United States of AmericaWhere we stayed had very dirty floors that needed to be mopped. The master bedroom had a bad urine like odor. Upon arrival for after hours check-in, we were unable to access our unit for over an hour because the map provided for us very clearly was highlighted with the WRONG address location. After fully unloading our vehicle, we discovered we were at the wrong persons home. Had to fully load the vehicle again. Took us about 15 minutes to speak with someone over the phone. That person was nice enough to give us the CORRECT address to our unit.

United States of AmericaSeveral small repairs in kitchen and living area should have been made before we arrived. Common area in condo was not as clean as it should have been. Kitchen was not stocked very well. A little extra TLC to this condo and I would give it a much better rating. The manager listened to our concerns and appreciated the opportunity to correct these concerns.
Location was great. Convenient to shopping, dining, grocery store, etc. but yet away from main traffic areas. Pool easily accessible to condo. Comfortable space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Quality towels. Bathrooms were clean. We will likely stay in these condos again.
