Keys stopped working. No option for bigger rooms for extended stay but paid more money for A mini fridge and a microwave that didn't even rotate. When we booked online, we were under the impression that it was two rooms and two queen beds because that is what the description was. Nope! Stayed anyways! One staff member seemed to hate her job and she was always there so we didn't ask for anything until shift change. Internet also NEVER worked.

Breakfast was very good but hours are super early. Housekeeping is amazing!

The hair blower in the bathroom did not work. I mentioned this to the Front Desk. I did tell him that I had checked to make sure it was plugged in and that all the safety buttons were reset and it still did not work. The clerk was willing to have someone look into it but I was leaving the next day there was no reason to do it at the time. There was no fridge or microwave. On this hotels specific internet page, it mentioned that there would be a cost for the breakfast.

The facility was a bit run down and could use some upgrades and deep cleaning. The parking lot was also a bit rough. Not the safest looking area.

We loved the La Quinta breakfast, especially the waffles. The staff was kind and accommodating. Appreciated having the Rite Aid across the street.

Only one of our 3 rooms had a microwave and fridge. It would’ve been nicer if all 3 had them and for the price we paid they should have.

I went through Booking.com and some things were not in the description. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I had to move rooms 3 times, 1st time was the phone didn't work and there was no fridge or microwave and we were staying for 4 days. 2nd time the heater/AC unit was so loud you couldn't think! The 3rd time it seemed to work out but when we used the shower there was no pressure and temp wouldn't hold in place so you had to fiddle with it to keep it warm. The room was old and the beds are worn, the TV is small, the fridge has missing shelves, the coffee pot was dirty, ect. The hall floors when walking on them were uneven all over and I have no idea what was under the carpet for that to happen! The smell wasn't the best anywhere you went. The hot tub had bubbles but the jets weren't worth too much, as they all were in the same place, lower back almost to your butt. It needs to be updated really badly and then it could be a better place to stay. My money was held with that Hotel and nonrefundable so I had to stay there. Descriptions and pictures on websites are not always what you get when you check in! I'm sure I missed something but I think you get the jist of it!

There was a cockroach that showed up and was behind the curtains next to the air conditioner. I killed it but where there is one there is a lot more around

The location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants close by and just up rhe street from the mall. The staff was friendly and was accommodating even when I woke up late.

It seemed to be a party hangout. It said this was a no smoking property, but the hallway reeked of weed. The carpet in that same hallway was filthy. The wifi kept dropping out.

The check-in was easy, and the staff were kind. It was close to a Walgreen's, which was helpful.
