Light in the room flickered non stop while we were there. Would have loved to have mid week cleaning, but somehow many hotels in Maui seem to have moved away from this model.

Amazing front desk staff. Friendly, and very helpful. Literally right next to a wonderful sandy bay to swim and see turtles. Immaculate property. Great to have a small kitchen. Rooms all seem to be nicely upgraded and very modern.

Loved the location, and the cleanliness of the unit. Also the unit was so nicely appointed and very welcoming. Had everything we needed for a comfortable, home away from home stay! Including fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances and beautiful bamboo cabinets! Wonderful to cook meals in! It was a studio, but spacious enough for the three of us, especially with the lanai. Good layout. Also very quiet. Also appreciated the efforts to reduce single use plastics, like shampoo dispensers in the shower and such. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Hope to stay here again!

The swimming pool was a bit too cold to really enjoy.

Location on Napili bay was great. Property was very clean and the condo was really cosy, with a very comfortable bed. It had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly. I thought it was great value overall.

The cost of renting a condo in Hawaii is so expensive!

We loved the location, right by the beach and views of the ocean. Our room was looking onto the pool and it was fantastic for the kids. The condo was very well outfitted with all the dishes, knives etc for cooking and newly renovated. The place was very clean and the staff were fantastic from start to finish.

Did contact mgmt regarding if another room was available that had a larger couch bed option rather than a small sofa (twin size) pull out. My other family group booked the same room size that accommodates 3 yet had a larger couch bed. Lastly, noticed a difference in price that I was charged and Anela, advised me that looks like the cleaning fee of $212 was not added on final invoice total; mentioned this was an error reporting on booking.com part. I hope this will be communicated with Booking.com on your end so that visitors will not get the run around and false total amounts.

The cleaning charge of $180 was not mentioned on booking.com reservation page. When I booked the total amount to be charged by the resort was shown, including all taxes and fees and only in later correspondence with the resort I learned that there will be an extra charge for cleaning. The total means no extra charges. This was a non-refundable reservation

No coffee given, but the place had coffee machine. Like am I supposed to carry my own coffee? First time experiencing something like this. Clean but staff was clueless at times, didn’t know whether coffee was complimentary or not, took 5-10 mins to confirm with management. Microwave not working, they sent me a message asking me to check in at the reception the following day, when I showed up they just asked if I had filled the online form, which I had. Not a good use of anyone’s time

The only request, from my husband, is it would have been nice to have a designated smoking area where he could sit down and enjoy a cigar. But we understand the need to have a smoke-free environment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Napili Surf Beach Resort. The location is close to various stores, restaurants, and a beautiful coastal walking trail. It offers private beach access just a few hundred feet from the studio. The beach was absolutely breathtaking and the resort offered beach chairs and boogie boards on a first-come basis. The studio was super clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or requests. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quaint yet comfortable stay.

We didn’t like our location- next time we will request an ocean view. Also the parking was difficult in backing up & leaving … hardly any space to turn around. Large trucks were parked for a few days. So we had to back up which was hard to do for me.

The breakfast enabled us to taste the various foods offered & their bread fruit. Also the resort had a family feel to it - people very friendly. We liked the full kitchen.
