Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I would have liked a coffee area or coffee in the room.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is pretty good: not right in town but not as far out on the edge as many motels in Roswell. The room was clean and comfortable. The price is good so it's a very good value.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and several convenience stores nearby. Museums and shops within a couple of miles. I was visiting family in Artesia, it was an easy drive. As a smoker it is almost impossible to find nice, clean accommodations in an area where you are not afraid to park your car or go to sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

There was not coffee available before we left in the morning. But it was a small inconvenience overall.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the man was very nice. For the price we paid it was much better than we expected.

The walls seemed very thin, neighboring room had a woman who coughed all night, the constant fan setting on temperature control helped mute her cough.
The room was clean and had a neutral smell. I loved the bathroom, very bright because of large window with beveled glass. Shower head in tub had adequate water pressure, I was so grateful.

The outside premises could have been cleaner.
This is an independent facility and we were there for five days during Roswell Alien Festival. Very friendly inn-keeper. Property is dated but stay was pleasant. Room was clean. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Refrigerator in working order. We did have a problem with our shower drain, but they repaired it while we were out and we returned to find it in working order.

Years ago they used to serve a small breakfast but the pandemic probably ended this addition. Outside is a little rough since it's an older property. Parking can be tricky if full. The pool is a garden which wasn't a big deal to me but if you have kids or like to swim, that could be a downer.
The room was clean and quiet. The owners friendly and helpful. It was a low stress visit and what else could you ask for. WIFI and cable were very good. Cable even had some movie channels. Breakfast locations are within an easy walk and a very good Mexican restaurant is a few doors down. Air conditioner kept the room comfortable. I've stayed at this motel several times and never had any issues. I'd rather support a local family than a large corporation.

we are very happy with this motels consistency and meets our expectations.
The family who owns the property is very nice. we have stayed here several times over many years. it is an excellent value and so convenient. if you need everything brand new, it’s not for you, but if you appreciate kindness and cleanliness it will fill your needs.The bed, TV , lighting, are very comfortable. Bring your coffee pot if want it in your room.
