Questionable surrounding and guests. It's not a comforting feeling when you open your door and find other guests who have tweaked eyes and party fever all around.

Has to switch rooms because first room was unacceptable. Motel was old and needed renovation. Bathroom was old and barely adequate. Snack machines did not work and few services .

King bed was comfortable . Quiet location and parking available.

I did not like the fact that I am a 51yr old and have to be told I can't guest or. Company past 10pm what is this a daycare or a hotel? 😡 I could stay at any Disney hotel and not get treated like a kid! 🤦🏾‍♂️ smdh!

If u book online they will still upcharge you the money you saved by booking through a 3rd party so that your total is what the hotel desk rates are and went to extend our stay another night and they also wanted to charge me a $10.00 early check in when I was already checked in I was just simply extending my stay! Got pretty heated when I addressed that issue and the manager said check out come back at 3pm if I didn't want to pay the early check in fee never heard that before if I was checked in a nite already !!

The bathtub appeared to have látex paint in the Boston. The dirty water would, only drain out, slowly.

No breakfast since Covid according to the night manager.

after staying here for approximately different occasions this month the last time I booked a room I got a car three confirmations for the room only to get there and they told me I can I have a do not rent on me I took a cab there I had my dinner and the last minute I had to find a new motel she said she emailed me something I never got anything I got proof all I have is confirmations I'll be happy to send you those screenshots poor management poor communication I was a happy regular customer

The cleanliness and decoration could be a little better. It did not disappoint, because I had already stayed in other places in Florida and knew that the service there is not the strong point.

The building is old. The apartments are large. It is well dimensioned, starting with the parking spaces, entrance, bathroom. Most things are old, but it's functional. Reasonable cleanliness, a little below Florida's standard. (don't expect too much, it's different from Orlando or Fort Lauderdale, although the price is a little higher)

Ac didn’t put out well and the front kept falling off every time the door shut big gaps around the door very out of date property bad tv reception and the WiFi never worked

The toilet was extra small (needs to be updated), needs to replace towels (they were very hard and thin), the air condition was very loud (made it hard to sleep). Matching comforters would make the room more appealing.
