Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere was some noise from the airport and roads outside
Located towards the bottom end of the strip, it was ideal for exploring the Las Vegas attractions. The roller coaster is definitely worth a ride, if you dare !

United KingdomIt seemed a lot more Smokey than other casinos. I booked with booking.com and they changed it to 3 to the room and I had to pay for it so charged me more than I should have paid.
It was big enough for me (1st time in vegas). Plenty to do in the property. If you didn’t want to you could just stay there for the whole trip.

United KingdomPrice of alcohol and the service at the machines, we was thirsty most of our time in the hotel/casino (however always got served at the bars quickly).
The room was basic but adequate for our stay. Having a staff member guarding the elevators was welcomed to see.

United States of AmericaYou need to put hand rails in the shower. I’m an active older person and had a difficult time getting in and out of the tub. It would be nice to have $5 black jack tables available, at least in the slow hours. The Roller Coaster was overpriced.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was walkable to other hotels and shopping. The food was of good quality and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

New Zealandit is just a bit old and felt a little tired, I couldn't find much healthy food, but may not have looked hard enough. The roller coaster is quite a constant noise in our room - but fun..
Staff were super helpful, hotel is in a great location and Vegas is a crazy city, we weren't there long and it was perfect for what we needed

United States of AmericaJust know that as is commonplace with Vegas hotels/casinos, you will notice a strong smoking smell in the casino area--I found it was particularly noticeable here compared to other hotels/casinos in Vegas.
We enjoyed our stay at New York, New York. I appreciated that our room was ready for early check-in. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. It was clearly updated recently, which was a plus. The New York themed attractions in the common space were nice as well.

United States of AmericaThe elevators were overcrowded and took forever to get up and down. Our room was the last one on the floor and took a while to.get to. Seems like there should have been another set of elevators for our side of the building.
The hotel had a nice selection of restaurants, casino was nice and everyone was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Felt safe which was a concern as I was traveling with my daughters.

United States of AmericaSuper convenient for events happening at T-Mobile Arena. We were able to check in early which was great since we got to town a few hours early. So many great food options in the casino itself and also surrounding areas. We traveled with our 2 month old and the room had a fridge to keep the milk cold. The room was also very spacious you could easily fit an air mattress or pack n play in the room. It did have a conjoining door for the room next door but we didn’t need it.

AustraliaI was disappointed we had to pay access to go into NYNY Piano bar (US$10 to stand or US$30 to sit) especially as we were guests of the hotel. The shower pressure was weak and temperature could have been hotter at times (but this could of just been our room). There was no fridge in the room.
Location of hotel was quite central and easy to get around. We could easily go up and down the strip on the strip bus as there was as stop right near the hotel. Walking to mid strip eg, Bellagio fountain wasn't too far (maybe 20 min walk). Room was modern, clean and spacious, as we had 2 Queen beds. The beds & pillows were comfy. There was an ice bucket in our room and an ice machine on our level. There were a lot of restaurants within the hotel & a nice variety of options. We ate downstairs for breakfast daily, and most nights for dinner too. I was really happy with the location of NYNY as I spent a lot of time considering where to stay for our group.

United States of AmericaDrain in our bathtub was clogged. Drop off to get checked in to get our key card for parking wasn’t as easy as we would have liked.
Room was large and comfortable and we had a great view of the coaster from our window. Hotel had so much to see inside, including the Hershey store. I had my teenage daughter with me so it was nice to have the hotel located close to family appropriate sites like the M&M and Coca-Cola stores and other hotels with shows. Even though the hotel was very large, it was easy to get around and had plenty of food options to choose from if you don’t want to go anywhere else. We arrived early and were able to pay a little extra to get into our room early.
