There was some noise from the airport and roads outside

Located towards the bottom end of the strip, it was ideal for exploring the Las Vegas attractions. The roller coaster is definitely worth a ride, if you dare !

It seemed a lot more Smokey than other casinos. I booked with booking.com and they changed it to 3 to the room and I had to pay for it so charged me more than I should have paid.

It was big enough for me (1st time in vegas). Plenty to do in the property. If you didn’t want to you could just stay there for the whole trip.

Price of alcohol and the service at the machines, we was thirsty most of our time in the hotel/casino (however always got served at the bars quickly).

The room was basic but adequate for our stay. Having a staff member guarding the elevators was welcomed to see.

You need to put hand rails in the shower. I’m an active older person and had a difficult time getting in and out of the tub. It would be nice to have $5 black jack tables available, at least in the slow hours. The Roller Coaster was overpriced.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was walkable to other hotels and shopping. The food was of good quality and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

it is just a bit old and felt a little tired, I couldn't find much healthy food, but may not have looked hard enough. The roller coaster is quite a constant noise in our room - but fun..

Staff were super helpful, hotel is in a great location and Vegas is a crazy city, we weren't there long and it was perfect for what we needed

Just know that as is commonplace with Vegas hotels/casinos, you will notice a strong smoking smell in the casino area--I found it was particularly noticeable here compared to other hotels/casinos in Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay at New York, New York. I appreciated that our room was ready for early check-in. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. It was clearly updated recently, which was a plus. The New York themed attractions in the common space were nice as well.

The elevators were overcrowded and took forever to get up and down. Our room was the last one on the floor and took a while to.get to. Seems like there should have been another set of elevators for our side of the building.

The hotel had a nice selection of restaurants, casino was nice and everyone was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Felt safe which was a concern as I was traveling with my daughters.

Registration desk in casino making it difficult to hear the staff. Also, no coffee pot in room with a long walk to a food vender for early morning coffee.

Super convenient for events happening at T-Mobile Arena. We were able to check in early which was great since we got to town a few hours early. So many great food options in the casino itself and also surrounding areas. We traveled with our 2 month old and the room had a fridge to keep the milk cold. The room was also very spacious you could easily fit an air mattress or pack n play in the room. It did have a conjoining door for the room next door but we didn’t need it.

I was disappointed we had to pay access to go into NYNY Piano bar (US$10 to stand or US$30 to sit) especially as we were guests of the hotel. The shower pressure was weak and temperature could have been hotter at times (but this could of just been our room). There was no fridge in the room.

Location of hotel was quite central and easy to get around. We could easily go up and down the strip on the strip bus as there was as stop right near the hotel. Walking to mid strip eg, Bellagio fountain wasn't too far (maybe 20 min walk). Room was modern, clean and spacious, as we had 2 Queen beds. The beds & pillows were comfy. There was an ice bucket in our room and an ice machine on our level. There were a lot of restaurants within the hotel & a nice variety of options. We ate downstairs for breakfast daily, and most nights for dinner too. I was really happy with the location of NYNY as I spent a lot of time considering where to stay for our group.

Room had some kind of dried sticky liquid spilled in several places I had to clean—drawer pulls, small table, and closet area. Bathroom sink and counter also only half cleaned. Ironing my board broken, called for a new one. Housekeeping brought right away.

Drain in our bathtub was clogged. Drop off to get checked in to get our key card for parking wasn’t as easy as we would have liked.

Room was large and comfortable and we had a great view of the coaster from our window. Hotel had so much to see inside, including the Hershey store. I had my teenage daughter with me so it was nice to have the hotel located close to family appropriate sites like the M&M and Coca-Cola stores and other hotels with shows. Even though the hotel was very large, it was easy to get around and had plenty of food options to choose from if you don’t want to go anywhere else. We arrived early and were able to pay a little extra to get into our room early.
