Price definitely too high for a room with no breakfast.

Great option for a business trip. Big room, clean and quite. Also comfortable for working, with Wifi connection working properly. Very close to Moscone center and walking distance to nice locations in San Francisco.

The showers are very small. I’m a petite person and I was uncomfortable during showering .

The room was perfect . My husband loved the bidet in the bathroom. Service was top notch. Everyone was so nice and made our trip very nice.

The hotel is in a very Central location. The rooms are equally as nice, if not nicer, than they are in the pictures. Bed is 10 out of 10 for comfort. Bathroom is lovely and clean although towels could be a little bit bigger. Heated toilet seat is an interesting experience. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to San Francisco

Hotel Nikko had absolutely SUPERB service, starting the moment we parked in Valet. My fiance and I were so impressed with everything about our stay here, we will be back! The rooms were comfy, with large bathrooms with robes and slippers. Complimentary waters and a stocked fridge for those who wanted drinks or snacks for a fee. The location was minutes to Union Square, the trolley, bars and restaurants.

I just wish the main entrance was accessible, but this is a minor aesthetic point instead of anything impactful. Also, a extremely minor point of feedback is that I wish there was better signage for access to the hotel lounge and restaurant.

Hotel Nikko never disappoints. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Everything feels up-to-date and works properly. The staff is kind, professional, and treats guests with courtesy. Every time I returned to my room, I felt relaxed and relieved to escape the bustle of the city.

Loved hotel Nikko. The room was great size, bed super comfortable, everything was modern and well maintained. I stayed there with my 3yo son, and we enjoyed all the facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is in a great location, close to supermarket, restaurants, transport and attractions in downtown - Cable car, Macys, Union Square.

Upon arrival there was a dirty towel and robe hanging in the bathroom and left over melted ice in the ice box. Not a huge deal and they remedied it quickly. When we left to go to a show we came back to housekeeping having been in our room which I thought was odd cause we’d only been there a few hours. I had left my purse in the room and I know that housekeeping is supposed to be trustworthy, but had I known they were going to help themselves into the room I wouldn’t have left my purse out wide open.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the cheese and wine was really tasty. Great location and very nice room. Hotel over all is gorgeous and we’d definitely stay again

Honestly nothing maybe few other menu choices on dinner menu. Overall everything was awesome. Great location as well. Truly impressed with my stay.

Initially I had reservations at another hotel in the vicinity of Nikko, however there was an issue with cleanliness at the previous hotel. I was able to get a reservation last minute at Nikko and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us for what happened at our previous hotel. We were satisfied with the excellent amenities and the bar tender Shawn was extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall, we love the hotel and plan on rebooking the next time we’re in town.

We have stayed at Hotel Nikko San Francisco several times as our annual family gateway trip. Great services, clean and elegant room. Indoor pool is amazing. Easy access to downtown San Francisco. We also recommend getting a room on imperial club floor. The lounge is comfortable, and we enjoyed yummy appetizers and complimentary drinks in the evening as well as good quality breakfast.

it's not the properties fault but San Francisco has an issue with homeless people. the reception staff gave clear guidance of areas not to walk in.

great location close to union square. staff were very charming and friendly. room with clean and nicely proportioned. lots of good restaurants within a short drive. cafe mason just up the street was a good breakfast venue

Adult swim hours for TWO HOURS from 5-7 when ONLY KIDS, including ours, ARE IN THE POOL....An hour is enough for an adult to get a swim in.

The staff was wonderful and the updated decor and lighting was lovely.
