You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel and room was well decorated and comfortable. The cocktails and live jazz were great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and an overall pleasure to interact with

United KingdomSpa had some nice facilities it was a shame there aren’t any communal areas where me and my husband could relax together. The treatment rooms had a very noisy fan, which wasn’t very relaxing and small details were missing that you would expect in a high end spa such as scented air and scented face cloths etc. It was also a shame that after spending 5 nights and spending plenty in the bar and restaurant, we still had to pay to have a shower, to freshen up as we had a very late flight.
Very nice hotel in a great location for all the attractions. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Nice touch with the morning coffee station and beignets in the afternoon

United States of AmericaI can’t complain it was a great trip all around. They do only let you park using valet which was an extra charge but they probably had that disclosed somewhere in their policy and I over looked it.
It was gorgeous. And the staff were so kind and helpful. We had a stroller and the doorman every time we would walk would help us up and down the front steps. They always had water waiting at both entrances due to the extreme heat.

United States of AmericaWe tried to get dessert at the bistro but they would only seat you if you were ordering dinner. I would understand if they were full but it was late and maybe half full.
We loved the study room, and going to the Davenport, they are a great band! Also the courtyard was amazing to rest in.
