Beautiful, clean extremely friendly staff! Chris, Shelley and Ms Tita made our stay feel like home away from home. Each day they helped us plan out our day trips ensuring a personal experience that would have not been possible without there knowledge. they really love what they do and it shows. we are definitely going back and will stay at 9 Bar West!

Not that it bothered us at all but to get into the shower there is a step up and over into a jetted tub --it was actually pretty neat with bars to help you get in and out but you do have to watch your footing.

What a great place to stay in West Yellowstone. We are a family of 5 with 3 older boys and my husband and I. We stayed in Cabin #3 and just loved it. What a pleasant surprise!!! Its very large, had plenty of room for us and was very clean. The location is great as we walked right across the street to the gas station for snacks and just a few short blocks to restaurants and shops. I loved the little backyard with a table that we could eat at. The living room does have 2 queen beds, couch and two chairs which worked out well for us. My husband and I had a separate bedroom which led to a full laundry room--that was super nice! Beds were very comfy, cute decor and with warmer weather there were fans in both rooms as well as a free standing A/C. Check-in and communication with the owners was very easy. Despite being off the main road we parked right in front of the cabin and didn't hear any noise. Great drive through coffee place in the parking lot. I am quite picky when it comes to places to stay and I was thrilled with this place.

This place was so nice and comfortable for our family of 6. The coffee bar on the property was such a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable, helping us get a great nights sleep after days spent exploring.

The shower was small, but it was not a problem for us.

We enjoyed this cute cabin. It fit our needs with two beds, a fridge/freezer, coffee pot, tv, table and chairs and a private bathroom. It was super clean and neat. It's location is convenient to restaurants, a drive thru/walk thru coffee place, a main road and to Yellowstone National Park. We met the owner and he was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed talking with him.

The cabin was supplied with everything needed for cooking and sleeping and relaxing. We had plenty of room inside and outside for 8 people. The beds were comfortable including the bunks. We had a great stay.

The bed sheets had holes in them. Not that big of deal because they were comfortable sheets.

Our family stayed in the Deluxe Cabin and it was absolutely perfect! We were in a perfect location within a stones throw of the west gate entrance to Yellowstone! Located literally just around the corner of the towns quaint area for a tourist dream for shopping & dining! Chris and his family made us feel right at home! Chris went above and beyond providing us a personalized map of the areas can’t miss attractions; along with an amazing cup of coffee each morning to get us going! Miss y’all already!

It is right next to the Main Street coming in to town. But as I mentioned above the air conditioner provides great white noise to block it out. Also the TV stand met my husbands head a few times. He’s the wrong height!

The cabin was wonderful. The bed was especially comfortable. The air conduction helped keep the room comfortable and provided white noise since the cabins are located by a busy street. Chris and his family were so kind and helpful. Chris even had Allen wrenches for us to readjust the foot pedal on our motorcycle. They also run the espresso stand on the property that serves excellent lattes and is quite popular with the locals. Great place.

Our cabin had two q-beds. The other cabin with a futon would have suited us better. But still, it met our needs and expectations. I think it was good value with great location.

Location is one of the best. Easy access into the park and convenient for restaurants and groceries. Also, espresso/coffee is right outside the door (early opening).

No toaster or real coffee machine.

Excellent location near west Yellowstone entrance. Great water pressure and hot water. Comfy sheets and blankets. I wish I had read the description for my cabin number 2 more closely because it did not actually have a kitchen. It’s my fault because I saw they had kitchens. Cabin 2 is just a fridge, microwave, and keurig. I’d prefer a real coffee maker and a toaster at least but that’s because I didn’t read the details carefully. Overall good location, clean, and comofrtable

Dated property-several lights were out. Garden tub very difficult to get in and out of. Had to park on the street-supposed to park in front of our property and one night we were not able to due to other people parking there. Priced higher than what we were expecting.

No privacy inside or outside the cabin. Cabin had a busy coffee shack right in front of it and the cabin was just a 1 open room except the bathroom.
