Location xlnt if u want to visit universal. Shuttle is 3.minutes walk. Rooms are decent, Overall good value. Saeed from their staff was very helpful🙂

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was super small, but clean. High price for a small room, you pay for the location. 5 minutes walk to the Universal Studios shuttle bus station.

Toilet seat was broken, but other then that it was a great location and the staff were amazing.

The staff member at the front desl was friendly and upgraded us to a bigger room and did not charge us extra for checking in early. Allowed us to leave our car there a few extra hours after check in.

Parking spots are not made for non-compact vehicles . This caused an issue when I left as a huge van trapped me and I could not open my door so I had to slide in.

Curtains dont block the outside light so it was hard to sleep. Noisy due to being close to the street. Shower is very small. Parking can be a bitch.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and informative about the questions "I" asked. Lots of places are walking distance including the Metro Station and Universal. Rooms were comfy

Everything was exactly as advertised.

Everything as advertised. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. Variety of coffee and chocolate drinks and pastries. The free parking is a bonus, considering how many hotels charge their guests for parking. If you're going to Universal, there's a free shuttle basically across the street from the hotel. There's a little plaza next to the hotel were you can find pizza, sandwiches, burger, bagels, donuts....

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. We used 3 rooms.One of the ladies from the receptionist was really rude and mean. I don't bother to know her name. But she was the one who was there when we arrived last October 15th after lunch and she was also the one who was working last October 18th when we checked out at 7 am. Being in front desk you need to have good PR and she don't have it. Very inconsiderate. Before we flew to the US, we even called the hotel. If ever we come early, can we leave our luggage? And they say yes! So when we arrived she was the one on duty. We are a group of 11 of course we luggage. The first thing she said is don't move anything, and we can only use the small space for all of our luggage. We don't say a thing , we just thought it's the policy, and we respect it. After her shift, the guy came ( very nice one), and he helped us with our luggage and told us we could use the space which the lady said we CANT. He really helped us settle. We only sleep in the hotel because we are very busy exploring. Then, on October 18th at 6 am, she was the one on duty again. We need hot water , we don't even bother for their free coffee and cookies. And what she did instead of opening the door in the lobby, she wrote in a piece of paper that lobby is still close. She showed it on the window, not even bothered to open the door. Very inconsiderate with the situations. Well infact that is why there is a receptionist assigned 24/7 to assist customers. She should not be in that kind of work. Or maybe she needs training . She was the only rude working there. The rest are fine, especially the guy.
