Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were possibly a bit close to the lifts, and could hear them in the night.
Lovely and clean, with a great view from the 13th floor.

Our stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of it. Personel was very polite, helpfull and thoughtfull. The room was absolutely perfect. From towels, bedding, night lights, shades everything was thought of. The in room bar was amazing they had some pre-prepared bottled coctails to enojoy. This hotel is beyond 5 stars - it has much more. Attention to details and the smallest plesures that make the real difference between 5 star and real luxury. Perfection. Thank you Park Hyatt.

The TV channel kept switching randomly while we were watching something. No late night in-hotel snack options which is bad for low blood sugar emergencies.
The staff was kind and helpful. The food was perfect.

Everything meet our expectations!
The staff was excellent. I was greeted by name every time we meet with the staff. Excellent location! Awesome place to stay. We booked for December as well.

Only improvements could have been more blankets (I know I could have called and asked) and a microwave. my partner stated he didn't love the eggs Benedict but I was very happy with the room service of cream and coffee in the morning (carafes of both).

I wish the restaurant had a little more variety. I’m pre diabetic and need a lot of protein options. I love sushi but it’s not on the palm any more! I had a salad and poke bowl that were outstanding and the chicken was also great!
The staff was friendly and check in was easy! The staff at the restaurant were so nice and attentive! The food was delicious!

The room should be better clean and refurbish with bottles of water and coffee capsule on daily bases or at least every two days The beds linen were put on the opposite side.... Difficult sometime to find space on the terrace , they should have at least few tables for the Hotel guests

we were o my there for a short time and because of delays in fixing the hot tub, we didn’t get to use it for a full day. also, I didn’t realize when booking that the spa was closed. that was one of the main reasons we booked, and to not have it on-site was a disappointment.

The room itself was not clean. The bath tub had pubic hair in it. The shower and commode room doors, appeared as though, they had not been cleaned in a month. The mattress was so uncomfortable. The carpet was horribly stained. The rooms desperately need an upgrade. For the price per night, I'd rather stay at the Four Seasons.
The view and location were great. The staff and food, was impeccable.

The facility is quite old. And the room is a little bit dark. The menu at hotel is very limited and in-room dining will be closed at 10pm.
The location is perfect for shopping or restaurant.
