The refrigerator was gross and not cleaned for quite a while. There was someone else's old food left in there.

Great place to rest your head before heading out. Close proximity to Mohegan. Cute bar atmosphere when you come back at night and a nice little pool.

Getting back from the casino using the shuttle bus it wasn't clear which one was for the holiday inn. There were some there at the pick up point that were similar. So I ended up taking an uber because I wasn't sure when the shuttle bus was going to get there or if it arrived and I just missed it. But it wasn't a big enough downer to ruin the experience of the stay.

The staff were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable . The food at the sports bar was great.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. There breakfast I would recommend good food great value for a guy from Ny. I don’t know about the value if you where coming from another state ? but for me it was good. I am also a handicap individual that they had great parking for me as well as east accessible entrance and rooms.

the property outside was clean and well taken care of. the inside of the hotel was clean to a point due to it needing to be updated throughout.

Room 209's desk chair was missing a wheel. Shower could be better. Water pressure was low and the shower unit needs to be replaced. You can't position it.

Staff is top shelf. The room was clean ... most important to me. I ate twice at the Sports Bar and the food was very good & the bartender was very friendlf. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

The general upkeep of the hotel looked a little run down and outdated. The room could have been cleaner.

They served cookies and hot chocolate around 4pm in the lobby - the hot chocolate was delicious.

Breakfast was a little chaotic but they offered a buffet and a la carte menu, so you had many options!

Booking.com really messed up my stay but the staff at the Holiday Inn were amazing! I wanted 2 queen beds as I was staying with a friend and when we got there...there was no such arrangement. Turns out booking had an option that said "If available on day of booking" and I didn't see that. Onil at the front desk, was the only person I spoke with and he was amazing. He explained to me what happened and offered to comp me in any way he could. he completely turned my experience around. We will most defintely be staying there again!

Disabled bathroom was horrible. Water ran all over the floor from the shower. Fan didn't work in bathroom making it an ice rink. In hindsight we should've stayed in the first room we were given and requested a shower bench for the tub..

Room was quiet. pool was open. breakfast was good. Front desk directed us to a pizza place nearby when we wanted to eat but the hotel restaurant was closed. The Manager supplied a hairdryer since the room didn't have one.
