The room was very tight, no access to the electrical outlet for plugging the phone charger. Had to switch rooms on the second night due to ants on the floors and bathroom sink. I will say the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and he was the one that suggested the room switch.

This motel was pretty run down. We were pretty nervous when we checked in due to the appearance. It was clean and everything in the room worked. We enjoyed our stay and relaxed as our stay progressed.

No soap/shampoo. Pillows were very small. Pool was in rough shape: paint peeling and green on walls. Our room needed a lot of repairs: massive hole in tub floor, right where you stand, that had been patched but was barely holding on. Sink was falling away from the wall. Our door lock was broken, sometimes wouldn’t latch, other times would lock but couldn’t open door without using an extra card sliding down the lock in the door jam.

The location was good: 2 blocks from the beach and the boardwalk, Great restaurants and coffee nearby. The bed was clean from the looks of it. The price was good compared to the big, chain hotels.

The staff needs a lot of training in communication and also how to treat their guests specially the customer service desk and management staff.

See above! Noisy and bed was extremely too high to get into

The bed in the room was way too high for me to get into. I'm disabled and had to climb on a chair to get into the bed. Also the family above my room was blasting music, children jumping all night and making noise in the pool all night.

I booked a “queen” room believing that it was like a regular queen room. Read carefully- it states one bed. Had to upgrade to a double room.

The property was very dingy- dirty looking but I was there at the very end of the busy season. Beds were nice and comfortable but I suggest you bring a Pillow or two since each bed only had 2. Bathroom was minimalist with no storage area. Pool had green algae but still swimmable. Bring your own beach towels if you want to have enough for swimming and bathing.

The TV is far over from the beds, does not accommodate well for kids, no cribs available and no tub, just a walk in shower

Location was great and the AC was nice and cold, had a swimming pool which was awesome and the beds were super comfortable

trash could have been picked up around hotel, small patches of grass should have been mowed. Would be good to power wash the siding on the front side of rooms

Stained walls. Stained ceiling. Broken windows. Roaches in the bathroom. Burn holes on sheets. Not many channels on TV. I couldn't park in the parking lot. The clerk said that booking.com reservations do not include a parking spot. Room was very small. No soap in the bathroom. Very antiquated. Hasn't been renovated in years. Pool was dirty. I'll sleep in my car next time.

There was no breakfast. Not that I knew of at least.

The toilet would work when it wanted to it was chipped up and beaten and stained from the water. The shower was extremely slippery like a slip and slide and it had a grey film on the bottom i had to wipe out before use the bed sounded like a ac130 gunship on rapid fire every time we moved and we heard everything from upstairs i mean all of it like the ceiling was made of paper…

It was close to the boardwalk and beach which was nice for us we walked to the beach from the hotel. It was reasonably clean and it was decently quiet. The food was all close by so we were able to get a good meal pretty quickly.

The tv in the room wasn’t working and I told the front office and I was told someone would come look at it and they never did and was never given WiFi password and it’s says free WiFi

front desk, poor attitude Unsafe floor in office -lacking non slip surface on dangerous slope in middle of tiles bathroom totally covered in water upon arrival (was dry mopped after mentioned) No phone, breakfast not included, restaurant on-site closed, additional charges for parking on site, unable to guarantee parking in advance for my handicap guest, beds hard as a rock, and extremely high, outside atmosphere like section-8 low income units

No iron; air unit needed a new filter -room smelled musty; patched hole in the tub that didn't feel too secure. Sink looked like it was pulling away from the wall. No privacy sheer in the window-if you want to open up the curtain for some natural sunlight people congregating outside your room can see directly in.

The location is good, only a couple blocks from the beach. The pool was very nice when foul mouthed people were not there. My room was clean, the check in person was polite and efficient, refrigerator and microwave in room.

Didn't like that we could here the people above us almost all night long stomping around. And every once in awhile our door key wouldn't work and had to stand there and play around with it until door opened. Also that the shower curtain in the bathroom kept falling down while showering.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked that the beach was right across the way and not a long walk to get there. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Lastly that they had a pool.
