The room was not very clean, I always clean my rooms when I check in anyway so I let it slide. I did notice the next morning there was a few baby roaches in the bathroom, but my niece woke up with bites all over her which once we took her to the doctor they confirmed it was bed bugs. We have had to have our house and all sprayed as a precaution. I used to rent here before, but I will not be renting here again.

No microwave, dog feces in room, had to have cash deposit. Cost me over 5 dollars to get cash out of ATM. Left a day early and couldn't get cash deposit back. Missing light bulbs in lamps.

The room did NOT match the photos in the listing. We couldn't walk in the room with our shoes off or the bottoms of our feet would be black. The carpet was so old and dirty that it was hard. The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable, and you could feel the springs. The "furnished" kitchen was missing a microwave and silverware. The staff were okay but, honestly, not very welcoming or friendly. Parking was a nightmare... had to park across the street and then the elevator was not working. So we had to lug our toddler and all of our luggage across the road then up a flight of stairs.

The location is great, right off of the beach!

Firstly, the elevator was broken. The first room we had was on the 5th floor and the people staying next door to us were blaring music so loud we could feel it and hear it in our room and they were yelling off the balcony. We did not feel safe being there with our two children. We got switched to a room on the 3rd floor which was way better and it was cleaner. In the first room the dishes included were dirty and the pots and pans were dented so bad it looked like someone beat them on something or someone and the dirty dishes were put away in the cabinet and the floors and surfaces were filthy. The lady that changed our room was so nice and accommodating. She was the brightest point of our stay but we only saw her the first day. Everything was dated and the windows had a film on them and were filthy. Looked to be more than a year worth of dirt. The ceiling fan was nasty covered in thick dust. They made us pay a 100 dollar cash deposit on arrival and they had to inspect our room before we got it back. That was fine. We cleaned it more than it seemed to be in a long time. We left it cleaner than what we found it aside from the floors needing to be vacuumed because of sand. There was always trash on the ground and outside trash can was always overflowing. The pictures you see on the internet are a lie. I thought we were getting a late summer deal. No. We didn’t. At all. I’m not sure what room they advertise for the three queen bed rooms but it was neither of the ones we were in. Don’t trust the photos. We had to buy febreeze and sanitizing spray to feel better in it. Just don’t do it if you have any other option at all.

I liked the location of the property. The lady that worked the desk our check in day was super sweet, helpful, and accommodating.

I saw a couple of bugs. The rooms can use an upgrade.There were not microwaves. And the elevators were broken and I was on the 4th floor.

When i arrived at 4 to check in the room wasn't ready after insisting for a room they gave me a room on the upper level (5th floor) come to find out the elevator not working .No microwave eather ,no circulation on the pool water.

The location was great , and the rooms were clean .

Location was EVERYTHING older property just need some tlc staff was super nice it was as clean as they could make it on the inside literally steps to the beach can see it from anywhere and hear it at night crashing on the shore great place will be back!!
