The room suited all our needs.

Great location close to Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park. Food outlets nearby were good. The tram line was right outside the Hotel. The room was clean and comfy.

This was my second time staying here. It's a great value for the location. The room is very simple, yet clean and comfortable. This is the perfect place to enjoy San Francisco's highlights - Ocean Beach, GG Park, and close to wonderful restaurants and cafes. If you are looking for an affordable place to sleep and don't need all the extra amenities, this is it! Also, I love that parking is free and they let us leave our car at the hotel after checkout to continue to enjoy the city.

My room had a relative lack of privacy overlooking the train stop, so both an advantage and disadvantage. You had to request the room to be serviced, which I didn’t find out until later in the stay.

Great value and right by the MUNI stop. Rooms were quiet and had all I needed. Nice shower and bathroom. I’m pleased I stayed here instead of the similarly priced places in the Tenderloin

The floors were dirty and I had to wipe up around the bathroom before my mom arrived. no elevator

The second time we stayed, they were very accomodating and changed our room to a lower floor. My mother is 84 so dragging our bags up to the top floor would have been difficult. Thank you! There were great restaurants in the neighborhood and it was awesome to be able to walk to the beach. off street parking is available.

Rooms could use a little more soundproofing from the hallway. Would have liked more/larger pillows. Some window locks were broken.

Easy check in/out. Free offstreet parking almost always available, otherwise easy street parking. Perfect location right on the beach and MUNI line. Efficient staff. Two layers of secure doors.

There is no elevator, but we were aware of that and able to walk up to the third floor without issue.

The Inn is right on the N Judah line. We were able to arrive by car, park at the Inn and not move the car until we left 2 days later. Parking in the city is tough so we were happy to leave the car in a safe lot. We used the N Judah to go into the city. We were worried that the train would be noisy, but we requested a 3rd floor non-street-facing room and that was honored and the train noise was minimal.

Coffee maker was basic and used too much plastic. They had an ice maker but no filtered water. Weird.

Plan on taking your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The ones in the room were just ok and not quite enough.

The location was perfect. It was at the end of the CalTrain line that you can catch to take all the way to the Bay Bridge. Ocean Beach was across the street with a great beach for walking after you pick up a cup of coffee and pastry at the Java Beach Cafe right next door. The room was big with a very comfortable bed and good lighting.

The hotel is across the street from the beach, one block from Golden Gate Park and located in-between two nice little coffee shops.

I have difficulty getting trash and floors taken care of. The sheets were also stained with INK when I arrived and could not get them changed until the following day

Staff are Kind and Lovely people. Location and View are Awesome, Streetcar travels the entire city!

Not ADA accessible, stairs to get to any room No elevator Tv didn't work(front desk fixed problem quickly) If your room key came to close to your phone it wouldn't work , had to have attendant reactivate The main door to get to rooms was very loud in the middle of night trying to sleep

The building is older so the floor noise from the unit upstairs is a bit much. Nothing serious enough that we won't stay here again, though! The inside hallways could use a little ventilation.

We love how close this motel is to the beach. There is a cute little coffee shop right next door for coffee and pastries in the morning or smoothies and sandwiches in the early afternoon. The SF zoo is very close and the Sutro Baths/Lands End park are within (adult) walking distance. The Muni ends right at the motel which makes getting into the city so easy. The desk clerk was amazing. On the first night we parked in a spot that wasn't 100% visible by camera so he suggested we move so he could have eyes on at all times. The second night we got back a bit late and there were no parking spots left in the lot so he created one for us!

My room was cleaned on the first day and the maid took all my towels. I thought i had out a do not disturb on the door because I was sick and I did not want anyone to get my germs. She took all my towels and only left me one for shower, so i had no bathmat, no washcloth or hand towel for the remaining 2 days. I asked her in the hall and she said she was washing them. Dont take mine if you do not have clean ones to replace. It was why i left and did not stay a ln additional night.
