눉The wait for checking in was long. The computers went down for a few minutes and once they started working again I was charged over 400 dollars for a one night stay. The reception didn't even inform me she just asked me to sign the receipt. When I noticed the charges she blamed it on the computer and said the balance would be returned. Of course it took some time for my money to be replaced. They only provided my husband and I one room key which was inconvenient and they did not have a bell hope available, we had to take our bags up ourselves. On the other hand the cleaning staff was very nice and so was the view and atmosphere at the pool, near the stage and along the river walk. When it was time for me to check out around 6 in the morning no staff was present. After I waited for a while no one showed up so I just simply left the room key at the front desk.

눇Upon arrival, the hotel representative took close to 45 minutes to complete the check in. After multiple phone calls without saying excuse me, and multiple trips away from the deak to check on available rooms, I was told that "Booking" overlooked the hotel rooms and the 2 bed queen sweet that I successfully reserved in advance would not be available, without any type of empathy at all. Once my sister and I got to the room, ot was filthy. The bathtub had visible mold, the a/c was broken apparently because it was in the 80's the whole night and 90 outside. After telling someone, we recieved no help as they were "sold out", therefore we couldnt be moved. After making it in from the event that was planned, the room was still extremely hot. Went ro turn on the tv, each of the 5 non cable channels had fuzzy screen, so that was a bust also. The next morning, check out was at 11am and housekeeping knocked at 10:30 ready to boot us out (although checking in was just shy of 1 hour, no exaggeration) So, all and all,the stay was terrible and I was instructed by Tiffany to call the Booking people with any complaints because she couldnt do anything and no manager was on Duty.
