The front staff were laughing and making fun of all the guests, they felt superior and hide in the back after I confronted one of them and tried to play it off as if they didn’t. I don’t approve of the gaslighting.

The smell on the third floor was strong and it was obvious that it was a pet friendly hotel. The furniture was well used and wood was chipped on the night stand and dresser. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The free breakfast left lots to be desired.

The location was convenient. Parking was easy. The kitchen was nice and we used the fridge.

The TV remote was not sterilized, I cleaned it myself. The hairdryer could have been cleaned out better. The bathroom sink does not drain. The continental breakfast could be better.

The employee at the desk was cordial and helpful. This room was cleaner than any other hotel I've stayed in since the pandemic. Location was close to anywhere we wanted to go, but we had a horrible view , but we weren't there for the view.

Did not find what was for breakfast to be considered to be breakfast for the price I paid. Room had a bad smell even though it was a non smoking. No cart to take my luggage down had to make multiple trips.

The free Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Wouldn't work with our Chromecast unless we paid extra for more speed. The fridge in our room had someone else's food (El Pollo Loco) that was left behind. TV remote was missing. We had to ask front desk for one. "Free breakfast" was oatmeal packets, some granola bars, and a small basket of muffins that are gone way before 9 am. Parking lot is a bit sketchy at night (there was a drunk parked in their car that was yelling at something). If you're bringing your dog with you to stay here, make sure you have bags on you if you're walking them outside of this place. The doggie bag station was always out of bags. The grassy areas have old dog poop scattered around so watch your step.

The location is great. Not that far from Huntington Beach. The kitchenette for the room was great too. Most of the rooms we've stayed in always had a mini fridge so it was nice to have a sink and a counter. It's a good place to stay in for the weekend. We brought our Corgi with us and he was fine sleeping in the room.

Heavy smell of smoke in the hallway even though room was non-smoking. Room was a little musty like it needed to be aired out. Bathroom air vent had a layer of dust like it had not been cleaned in a while.

All was good except the shower leaked the whole time. We didn’t understand why it wasn’t fixed before we checked in? it was very bad and continuous, We reported it before leaving and the front desk person just said they would look into it.

The room was clean but there was a funny smell like something was rotten. It wasnt so strong that it's was unbearable but too strong to be ignored. There's no way the cleaning staff wasn't aware. The property needs to be renovated. The furnishings are old, night stands are chipped and scratched, mattress was uncomfortable. I suppose we paid for the location because it was definately not a $200 room.

Latches for windows working

My rooms right side window lock latches were pulled off window frame, broken, and not functioning. When I arrived in on my last night there was urine around the base of the toilet and on the wall as if an animal pee’d and there was reddish liquid that same day in the microwave.
