Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Prices in bar and shop are shockingly high. There was a propane gas explosion which the tank hit the seventh floor of hotel , shattered windows and blew the building which the tank was in to bits. Fire, police and ambulance there but hotel staff did not care or check any guests. So lucky no one died.
Good position on Universal Boulevard.

First room we were given was dirty, bug crawling in the bathroom. Shower broke. Called maintenance. He came in on his cell phone. Whoever was on the other end of his phone was more important than listening to me describe what was going on. He left, on his cell phone still, and told me everything was fine. Shower completely broke the next day. Supervisor was very understanding and offered us a new room
Staff very accommodating. Close to the Convention center Cleaning staff were all very nice and friendly. Always said hello or good morning when you walked by them.

It could be more clean the room was kinda dirty when we came in and it looked like no one has cleaned under the bed in months.
The location was perfect and for the price it’s amazing.

The room I initially checked into smelled like nicotine but the staff switched my room immediately. The next day I was on time for the bus that goes to Universal Studio but the bus/coach did not arrive. The manager immediately stepped in and offered to cover the Uber cost. When I said the staff had an A1 guest service mentality they truly did. Lastly, I did see 2 baby roaches in the room and because of this I believe the hotel should change their policy to include daily cleaning.
The staff provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and was very helpful with minor issues that arose.

There are thin doors between the rooms with a gap under them so you can easily hear all the conversations, noises in the adjoining room.

The refrigerator in our room was not working properly, not cold enough; also the battery for the fire alarm kept beeping every 30seconds for about 5mins then would stop for a while and start over again. Room 608 if someone can check it out

Upon checking into our room, the floor hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for our arrival. It was rectified the next day. The rooms need more detailing, and high areas need dusting along with vents, room corners, and bathroom mirror, especially up top. Towels need to be checked. Some of them have a rough texture.
The pleasant staff. I didn't catch the lady name in the gift shop /deli, but every time she saw me and my husband, we got the biggest hail even when we weren't expecting it.

I did not like that customers were smoking Marijuana right outside the exit door or that we had roaches in our room. The laundry room had enough laundry powder on the floor that I could have used that to wash my clothes instead of buying a box. Other than that...great location, close to Universal Studios.

The only downside is that the room had a strange smell, I don't know if it was from the air conditioning or mold.
The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible to all Orlando attractions. The staff are very attentive and polite. The room is spacious.

The fan / air conditioner was quite loud and rattly. Something was definitely loose because we could fashion a way to quiet it but it wouldn't always last.
I feel we got a lot for our money, though it would be nice if some form of breakfast was complimentary. The room was nice and clean, as was the pool.

The bathroom hood fan was not working, so after showering, the bathroom looked like a sauna.
The best stay I and my family had. An excellent customer service, the reception staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks Portuguese. The location is excellent, accessible, and conveniently located near the main attractions for family entertainment. The room was clean, they changed the towels and took out the trash every day. We enjoyed the pool a lot.

Hair in the tub and shower was hard to turn on. Pool was supposed to be heated but was a little on the cooler side. Room key kept having to be rekeyed.
