Dirty and old, needs better cleaning and refurbish.

Staff was a really nice girl, we had a rental scooter delivered and it was there waiting for us. Close to Universal parks. Room is huge.

Read my above comment. I think I already gave you a clear picture of what my stay was like.

The hotel looked like a place you'd take a hooker to. The furniture is outdated and I was only given 2 towels, no wash cloths and no bath mat even though I had booked a handicap room, there were no railings on the shower walls, and nearly fell booth times I took a shower. Then I had someone call my hotel phone at 3 am the first night, and then someone was knocking at my door at the same time the next night, looking like she was high and asking for someone else. The bed was low to the floor and not very comfortable. The pillows were small and lumpy. It was noisy outside booth nights, with sounds of people yelling and throwing things outside my door and in the hallways. Therefore I couldn't sleep much. Thankfully I only needed it to sleep, as I wasn't there, until 9pm or so both nights, but definitely booking a different hotel next time I stay on I drive. There are a lot of hotels on I Dr that used to be good, but now are just sad. Next time I will gladly pay more money for a better stay, comfy bed, and all around better atmosphere. Definitely not any Wyndham property that's for sure. Completely unsatisfactory.

They had roaches and other bugs. I was moved from one room the another because of the bugs in the 1st room. The 2nd room was a lil better. I only stayed at the hotel due to the timing that I had.

The rooms had a musty odor upon entering. There was no continental breakfast area for guests in the lobby area, It was dirty, and not at all functional for preparing nor eating food. It seemed to be used as a storage area. Our room had one working and one nonworking TV, which both covered the desk completely.

It was close to stores and restaurants and not too far from a few attractions.

Towels were too small and everyday I had to request 1 extra towel,2 people in the room and the cleaning lady only left 1 towel during our 5 night stay.

They were putting a new roof on all fours sides of the building , meaning at 8am every morning you had nail guns and people on the roof above you head 8am!!!! They should have done one roof at a time and made sure no paying customers were under the roof being worked on. None of the drinks machines worked . Then as they were doing the roof it meant no gutters !!! it rained and went everywhere

The entire hotel was under renovation. Outside was a complete mess. All vending machines are broken. The room had fewer towels. Wasn't clean as it should be. Abit disappointed there's no shuttle or breakfast either.

No lift, very noisy neighbours that came in around 3am. Adjoining room door didn't shut properly. Bed very uncomfortable. Huge crack in the bath that had been repaired badly.

Tired looking accommodation. Our room needed some.TLC. light in bathroom had dead insects, seats in room badly warn, limescale on taps and shower, leaking air conditioning unit.etc.

Staff and check in simple. Location is really good for universal studies. We booked this to use as a shower and change facility before travelling home post a cruise, so only there for a couple of hours. The accommodation is dated and tired and needs a face-lift. I would not have stopped overnight. However, the room was large and fairly clean. Ironing.board and hair dryer also available in room. Toiletries also provided.
