It was very small for the price you pay compared to other hotels in that area. The bed was very uncomfortable. They give you 2 flat pillows. We had mold above the shower and the room smelled very musty. Would not ever stay here again

The elevator was in need of cosmetic repair, as well as the room was in need of painting. The towels were like loofah. They need to continue with the upgrading

Location was great. Close to shuttles and trolleys. Room was clean, bed comfy, fridge and microwave worked well. Bathroom and vanity were new and very nice.

The bar we were told to enjoy in the back of the hotel was never open. Ice machine only worked once in the 4 days we were there. And we checked every floor. Our room had no shower curtain, sheets had black shoe prints. 2 of the lights didn’t work in the room. Remote had electrical tape holding the batteries. Hot water handle in the bathroom sink didn’t even turn.

Broken tv—had to change rooms. Air conditioning had a moldy smell. Horrible pillows. Did not clean room and replace towels. Half of the light bulbs were missing. Bathtub would not hold water.

It was a convenient place to stay close to universal studios.

The $50 "resort" fee, there were no "resort" amenities. The pool was empty and in the process of some work, and the second desk staff said it would be months until it reopened. We found out from the first desk staff that the tiki bar was permanently closed, even though the lights were always on and the open sign was lit. There was no ice on any of the floors. Part of the wall in the elevator was torn down. Also, the floor in the room was so dirty that I washed my feet nightly before getting into bed.

The location was fantastic. It is right across I-drive from Icon Park. Free parking.

You get what you pay for. Bathroom fan broken, light sockets broken, shower leaked, walls paper thin you could hear the neighbors having sex, next to swimming complex with constant noise going on until 10pm, numerous light fixers empty.

The GM let us check in early for free. Parking free. Great location to everything.

Pool wasn't open, music from tiki bar was super loud all night til 2 am. People drunk and yelling down walkways..toilet was put in bathroom sticking halfway out in floor

The reviews about the motel scared me, however when I got there I wasnt as discouraged. Pretty much needs alot of cosmetic work (loose toilet, leaking sink, walls need a spruce up), but it wasn't terrible. It was okay.

There was a fire alarm battery beeping. The hair dryer was broken. Many electrical switches were not operational. There was water in the elevator. The vending machines were broken.

I liked the bed because it was comfortable and even though there was only two pillows it was comfy. It was good there was hot water. The view of icon park was nice. TV and Wifi worked adequately.

I have stayed many times at this hotel, but this time in particular the room was moldy or something because when I woke up the next day my face was swollen. I also was very disappointed in my tv this go, it was blurry if it worked at all.

I love the location of this hotel, it's right next to the Rosen Aquatic complex and I work as a swim coach. It's also directly across the street from the Wheel and some great restaurants and night life, the location of this hotel simply just can't be beat.

Rooms need updating. Looks like a murder occurred in our room. Front desk person had the personality of a wet mop and seemed bothered to have to move their mouth.

So they canceled my room and I didn’t find out til I got there, luckily it was more rooms available! Thennn last year, we could pay a cash deposit so I was prepared with the cash, this year they wanted the deposit on the card. Thennnnnnn, getting settled into my room, I seen a couple of roaches so I went and got bugs spray
