Location and layout of the Hotel Starbucks and ABC is a great addition for convenience.

Rosalina housekeeper was so sweet and made our stay ❤️ 💕 she's a great asset for the Hotel. Billy and Rory the bartenders were wonderful. The staff all remembered our names so nice. My 4th stay there love Outrigger Reef.

Business Amenities could be better and more accessible. Room service was not operating, and that would have been even better for the 2 days I was working from the room.

The location is at the end of the Waiki area, close to walking but a bit quieter. It is next to the park and Beach Strech and the onsite restaurants are great. .

Poor advice from reception regarding their free cultural activities. My family based one of our days around attending a ukulele lesson. We arrived 30mins early and the venue was locked so went to reception to ask. They advised me to return 10-15mins beforehand. So we went to our room. But when we returned 5mins before the lesson, it was completely full. I was incredibly disappointed as it was the only activity we wanted to join during our stay. If I factor this experience into our stay I would only give a max 7/10 score to our stay but have decided to exclude this. We should have been advised to just wait till it opened or received stronger guidance to make sure we are back no later than 15mins before start

Lots of highlights: 1) voyager 47 club inclusions - drink bottle, breakfast & afternoon buffets. My family will treasure our memories of watching sunsets with a drink / nibbles in hand 🍹🥂🌅 2) some staff were exceptional - a bartender from our first night (unfortunately I didn't catch their name). Concierge were always super friendly & attentive. 3) Gym facilities were a pleasant surprise. Good amount & variation of modern equipment. 4) given our stay was during a busy period (wknd after easter), the pool & hotel felt busy but not crazy. We did not have to wait long for Any requests we had (eg. Extra pillow) were 5) pretty good value for money

The pool and the location was really excellent. Close to shops and restaurant’s. We ordered a crib for our 5 month old baby and it was an actual crib and not a travel cot which was great being away from home

Our first night we spent in a room we did not reserve and paid more for. We had booked a pool view room. It was inconvenient to have to move the next day, but we were able to do so in the morning, without having to wait until check in time.

There was a mix up through using Booking.com and the staff helped resolve the issue.

We had a spacious room with a partial ocean view from the balcony which was stunning. At night we could hear the beautiful sounds of local Hawaiian musicians playing downstairs and their melodious songs came up with the tropical breezes and lulled us to sleep with the sweet sounds of Hawaii.

There wasn't a large beach area. We knew that going in but it did get pretty crowded especially when the tides changed.

The entire hotel was immaculate. Design as beautiful. Room was beautiful and view was incredible. Loved the club lounge. Options were great and tasted great.
