Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Floor was sticky, my sisters room, next to us, had two beds that were hammocking.
Our room was fine, okay for the price. Clean and comfortable. Had an elevator to lobby. Breakfast was nice. had many choices. Close to the airport. Did not use the shuttle.

Linens were not washed. There was a dried bugger on the duvet and a dark smudge on a pillow case. The airplanes taking off and flying right over the hotel did not make for a quiet night's sleep. Was hoping breakfast had more hot items (eggs, pancakes, etc.)
Bed was comfortable, had enough space in the room.

When I arrived, I had to look around the lobby for someone to check me in. That was very scary that there was no one apparently on duty....

They had no clean extra towels, housekeeping failed to pass through. We had an accidental spill on our sheets went down to switch them in and as well as towels they had nothing. The fridge wasn't working well either.
The staff was great friendly and accommodating.

The suttle to the airport was 15+ min late and it was the first of the day (i dont know exactly because i left before i could lose my flight) The receptionists both during the day before and after the checkin were rude and made the experience even worse.
For the price you pay is ok. Nothing fancy, but the bed and the shower are good and ideal for a one-night/2 nights max stay. Very close to the airport and to a food court, which was a bonus and made easier.

Booked thru Booking.com over a month before arrival, prepaid 2 nights. We had travel issues so we didn't arrive until 2nd day. Front desk said too bad, no room as they canceled us and rebooked someone else! No refund. We had to call Booking.com who did a good job getting hotel straightened out. Then we were given 1st room, no heat; 2nd room no TV or smoke detector, 3rd was ok. This took our whole afternoon though, missed our Houston tour. Not impressed
Hotel itself is a great location. Airport was 5 minutes, shuttle service available at check-in. Lots of food options close. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Toiletries available. Secure, fenced parking. Continental breakfast available but not much; cereal and toast, apples, coffee, juice.

TV remote was broken. AC/Heater unit was ancient and rusty, but it worked.

last 31 of December, 2023 . I arrived with my father at 11:30 am from a long trip. we thought we can check -in early , but the receptionist in charge talked us “that I have to pay extra money , if I would check -in early . Furthermore , my senior Father and I had to waited until :3:00 pm to get into our room -:(

Shuttle service was awful during the winter storm. We waited in the cold for almost an hour, got an Uber because there was only one driver in a small van for 3 hotels and 50+ passengers.
Room was fine. We needed a place to stay because the airline cancelled our flight. It was a good emergency solution to our problem.

No tea and coffee making in the room, and no in house small shop set up like Doubletree has where u can just grab some basics. The hotel needs maintenance but is kept very clean by the hardworking cleaning team. No problems there. The vending machine was out of order, the in room phone had no cable so wasn’t actually working, the carpet up the stairs is in desperate need of replacement.
Close to airport, rooms were clean and most of the employees were polite and helpful The price is appropriate for the facility.

I didn't like the barren floors and floor type. Bathroom was adequate but not enough towels, no soap or shampoo provided.
I couldn't reach anyone at the front desk to request a shuttle from the airport, so I had to pay for an Uber.
