Unable to get heater to operate. No cups provided in the room for coffee. No sugar. No literature about the property in room. Florescent lighting is for jails. "Heat bulb" in bathroom was a normal bulb. Toilet almost overflowed. People hanging out in the parking lot. A lady was standing next to my car in the dark acted nervous when I approached. Took dog for a walk late at night came back and two men were rooting through the garbage can next to the rooms entrance. Kinda felt like my car could get prowled.

I liked that the staff took into consideration that my husband recently had hip surgery. Thoughtfully set us up w an ADA compliant room. When I asked for a room w a bathtub the gal was on it. No problem. I was greeted at our room by a kind man who provided us w a shower chair. The kindness of the staff made such a good impression. I appreciate you. Pretty nails and the night gal were awesome. The night gal helped us w our remote (needed batteries) she is very personable. The stay was short and close to home. Missed breakfast. Maybe next time. The room was clean, quiet w a nice view of Oyster Bay. A little chilly at night. I think the heater was broken. Idk Close to two 24hr stores Chevron across the street and WinCo within walking distance. Easy access from parking to room. The clock and the microwave time were an hour behind. Is there a laundry room here? I will have to ask. Our dog was welcome also.

The rooms need some updating. The toilet in our bathroom was extremely low to the ground. Like for a child.

The view from our room was Awesome. They have a great breakfast option and they deliver it to your room.

Older place but the cigarette smoke from the smoking rooms on the same hall way was stinky to walk thru to get to my room. The view was nice the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The deodorizer used in the room was overwhelming. The double door onto. The very small balcony (one chair only) was helpful for the smell.

Breakfast was delivered or picked up. They are still like during COVID. And it wasn't great. I choose where I stay if there is a real breakfast. I don't have time to go eat somewhere. This was disappointing.

Heat wa on 80 when we got their was like a suana. Hot water kept going on and off. Cold shower at times or super hot.

I didn’t like that the bed sheets on one of the beds was obviously not changed because there was a bloody tissue stuff between the head board and mattress. The other head board was non existent; there was just no head board there. One other thing was I didn’t like how a third party app had lower rates even after taxes compared to booking directly through the hotel with a military rate.

I like how quite it was. The bathroom was clean and enjoyed the assortment of bath soaps.

The property is a bit dated so keep that in mind if that is important to you. I understood but keep in mind there is a $100.00 deposit on top of the cost. I think however that is more common in hotels these days.

Great location, staff, and secure building. ID is requested for everyone staying at the property. They have cameras all over the buildings. Access to elevator and no stairs if you have mobility issues. Breakfast is delivered to your door in the morning. Nice views of the bay!

The hotel was older, but a great location. Our room had some dust behind the head boards, and around the corners under the bathroom sink, and the bed spreads looked pretty well worn.

Spreads could use a good wash. The smell of pot and cigarette smoke in the halls was disappointing in a smoke free hotel.

The room was comfortable. The view was fantastic. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Shower was easy to get in and out of for handicap guest.

The location is right on the bay. Beautiful view! The front desk staff person was cordial and helpful. I didn't try the breakfast. The accommodations were dated, as expected, however, the price was very affordable. The bed was amazingly comfortable (5 pillows) and clean. I would definitely stay again. If it was updated, the price would be very high.

several of the rooms have balcony's with a view overlooking the bay. You get breakfast delivered to you room, instead of sitting in a busy room with other guests. That was a really nice touch.

The breakfast was adequate, but there were three errors on the last two days in our choices, and we were not able to correct them as we did not have enough time between having breakfast and leaving the property for an event we were in town for.

Quaint and homey, a little dated but so are we, beautiful view of the water, great beds, good coffee! You order breakfast from a menu and it is cooked and delivered at the time you specify. Great variety. A note; if you have a salt restriction or preference note it on the menu--the eggs were a bit over salty. This is a small hotel tucked in a grassy area on the bay--easy to navigate and quiet. A definite repeat for us.
