We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIn checking out, I was charged additional dollars over and above the quoted room price. The clerk was not able to explain the extra charges. A couple at the window next to me were also experiencing issues with the hotel not meeting their expectations.
Room was not the one expected, but nice enough.

CanadaThe hotel had booked us into a Pet friendly room, when our reservation clearing said "no" to pet friendly room. The second room the hotel gave us had no working shower. The third room was good, but no bedding for the second bed. After 30 minutes of calling house keeping and the front desk about the bedding problem, we had to go to the front desk for the bedding. In the end, our room was good and we had a good night sleep.

United States of AmericaAll furnishings were very old and outdated. Carpet in room was ages old didn’t feel clean. Towels felt very rough like sandpaper. We were only given 1 small bath towel after each cleaning, odd. Thankfully reviews alerted us to bring towels from home which we did. Room was large but didn’t have a simple table or desk with chairs, a lot of dead space in room. We had to sit on bed for everything. After a 6 day stay we were about ready to leave.

The room was exceptionally large with a lot of furniture. This is not the Ritz Carlton but for the price this was an exceptional property. It was clean, the bed was super comfortable, there were four pillows, there were two chairs, a nice big television set, and the soundproofing was wonderful. Plenty of free parking. Great location!

Staff was awesome very polite,kind,eager to be helpful.I was grateful to have a room when we needed one in the middle of moving at the last minute at a $85. rate everyday without any increase on weekends that was especially cool. Most places vary by the day of the week and or how booked they are the price can easily double.It was a quite atmosphere in a small town. Restaurant Silver spurs was great as well ,great breakfast buffet

United States of AmericaTV was operational but the cable converter was cycling on and off. The maintenance dept. did come out and replace the converter box but the problem still exsists. It seems the converter was constantly rebooting or losing power, however the TV was not affected. The converter power light wound go off, reboot then the tv would be on for a period of 5 to 10 minutes the reboot. Sometimes, video was lost but the converter power stayed on. Clean room, comfy bed. Did not use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Casino restaurant was clean, friendly staff and good food and great food prices.

United States of AmericaThere was a shotage of some basic amenities. Only a lightweight blanket on the bed & no others avaialbe from staff. Apparently there eas a shortage. Non enough towels in the rrom. Also some other supplies, like tissues, were in short supply. These were minor inconveniences but notable.
The facilitites were vintage but pretty well maintained. I didn't mind that some of the furniture showed wear. I enjoyed the well estalished landscaping & the common outoddr areas. The staff was helpful and friendly.

United States of AmericaWe like the property and the location. We did not like the beds. It was so old and worn. There were craters on both the beds, time to replace them. My dog sank on the pothole next to my side. My husband also slept on the more decent side of the other bed.
We like the proximity of the property to Death Valley. We also felt safe in the area. The room was clean.
