Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThey don't have enough parking for all their rooms. We left for dinner and when we got back we had to park down the road in a public parking area. Door to bathroom opens the wrong way so getting inside enough to close the door you have to go to the side of the toilet and the wall making it a little cramped. If you were a heavier person it may be hard to get into. Bed was not a true King Size bed more like a queen. Breakfast was not included but they have a cafe on site with a few options. We felt the room was a little high priced for what we got.
Room was clean and staff was very friendly. They have a heated outdoor pool so it was open even though it was 30 degrees. Close to the center of town, we were able to walk to the elk horn arch in only 5-7 minutes.

United States of AmericaThe living room sofa bed is thin and very poor in quality. There isn’t a blackout curtain in the living room to block off lights if you sleep in the living room.
All the kitchen amenities are almost brand new, good quality cutlery.

United States of AmericaWe stayed in a pet friendly room and paid the daily charge with no problem. However, we asked for a dog bed that the website said was available for pet stays.
The property was updated and modern! The vibes were nice and I loved the trade/restaurant on-site to hang out at. Also the location was perfect and the shuttle to the Mountain was so easy in the morning!

United States of Americaminor gripes: 1) Bathroom fan is too noisy! They used the cheapest quality fans and this is disruptive. Get quiet fans. 2) One of the queen beds was sagging and two soft on one side. It needs to be replaced. (rm 455) 3) No comfortable seating besides the beds -- room had a leather sling chair. Better to have a regular stuffed lounger. 4) k-cup coffee machine didn't work properly and I don't like k-cups since they are environmentally irresponsible. Why not have a coffee station in the lobby with free good coffee? 5) no included breakfast & breakfast burritos/sandwiches are too expensive. They should be $8 instead of $12. 6) You have to walk out to the street to get from the lobby-side to the restaurant or new pool complex. It sucks to walk down Broadway in your robe and flaps. That said, there is another indoor pool on the lobby side with a jacuzzi. maybe they should consider sacrificing a room to make a tunnel.
Clever storage for ski gear. They traded drawers for benches and shelves for equipment storage -- this was great as we had two sets of skis and mountaineering gear. Also loved the wide sink/counter arrangement. Also, having a dedicated ski bus is just the Best. Friendly housekeeping staff and restaurant staff. Kudos!

United States of AmericaThe shower handle was a bit loose so it was hard to shut off but other than that, nothing!
We had 6 of us stay in a room as we got ready for a wedding the next day. There was enough space for all of us (we just had to take turns with bathrooms!) for the night we were there. It was walkable to everything which was a huge bonus for all of us. It was really budget friendly.
