Beautifully done historic building convenient to waterfront and amenities. Lovely public spaces. Comfy beds. No breakfast on site but short walk to good choices for food. Loved it!

We liked everything.

Great hotel! We liked the Victorian style of the lobby and the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us store our bicycles in the locked basement so we did not have to drag them upstairs and keep in our room. The hotel is right in the middle of the historical downtown. Short walking distance to restaurants and shops. The price for the night was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again.

Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the lack of elevator but it’s an old building what can you do.

Loved every single thing!!! The room was so charming and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. It was a great location to walk around the down town and we even had a slightly “paranormal” experience in our room that we can’t quite explain and we were so excited. Great service at the desk and just all around one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Our table was a little bit wobbly and we had to go ask for a few items we needed, but the hotel staff was very helpful in getting what we needed.

The room was cozy and warm, and the whole hotel was full of charm. We enjoyed the sitting room where we sat with books and coffee. It was also convenient to all the shops we wanted to walk to.

I understand there's no elevator, but I would recommend perhaps hiring someone to help with the bags. We were staying on the third floor and had to carry 5 bags through 2 flights of stairs. Not a major concern, just something to improve the experience:)

Amazing location! Close to everything! The living room was great for board games at night. Comfortable beds too.

There is no elevator. Their posting made that clear and it was honestly not a worry. We figured 3 floors would be easy peasy. 😳 Not so much when each floor has maybe 20+ foot ceilings? Those stairs gave us a wakeup call on our fitness levels. But #1: It's totally worth it. #2: There are several adorable nooks and seating areas to catch your breath all the way up and plenty of things to look at along the way.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were so unbelievably friendly, the place was decked out in holiday decorations which was joyful & festive, the room was wonderful. So much charm and care taken to make it quaint and cozy while also modern and fresh. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed. My favorite spot was a chair they put on the landing from the loft in front of a floor to ceiling window. Such a simple and sweet detail and a truly peaceful moment.

One minor inconvenience was the parking situation they have, but really was not a big deal at all.

My wife and I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was right on the main strip of Port townsend and with in walking distance of everything.

Nothing - we liked it all.

The hotel is beautiful. We had the split level room which has basically a full sized kitchen with all the essentials for a beautiful in-room dinner. The room is perfect if you were staying for maybe a week. Port Townsend is a quaint town, but I didn’t get to spend enough time there. Would definitely stay there again. No spooky spirits though. Maybe next time.

No elevator, so 3 floors up to our room, but worth the hike! It's an old period hotel, so bathrooms not spacious, but room is spacious. If you don't appreciate the "old", you won't enjoy this hotel, but those who do, will find it charming.

Loved all the areas you could just sit and enjoy all the period pieces and imagine what it must have been like 150 years ago. Kept very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Fun old hotel and perfect location to enjoy the town.

Not a problem for us, but the entrance was a few doors down from the Lobby, on the street, which needed a passcode to enter, then some formidable stairs to get to the room.

Lovely room and very quiet. Enchanting decor, nice to have the kitchen, but didn't use it. Saw deer out the back window.
