Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaI didn’t like that you had to walk through the smell of cigarettes through the casino to get to the restaurants.
The location was great. Free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with fabulous amenities. Plenty of variety for food and activities. Would stay again!

CanadaWe didn't have complimentary coffee/tea service nor free water in our room which is standard in most hotels. As the Bell desk was stationed away from the entrance, we had to struggle with our luggage when we arrived and had to look for them. Did not expect that as most hotels greet/meet you upon arrival.
Great location, very close to the big hotels and the airport. Hotel also has a lot of restaurant options. Our standard room gave us a wide window view of the front of the hotel.

Valet parking, very friendly staff who were very flexible and allowed our party to check in without us. Gave us a meal/beverage voucher since our stay was cut short due to flight cancellations. Great rooftop bar with beautiful view of the strip.

United KingdomThe onsite cafe for breakfast was part of the casino, so no windows, but the service was friendly. Its a 1 mile walk to the bottom of the strip. I walked it and it was fine, but I probably wouldn't recommend it. There are always taxis outside and Uber is super quick in LV. The minibar was clear enough, but there were a tasty array of snacks in the room which had no price on. It turns out they are not complimentary and are very pricey! Also, there is no online, book or TV service that gives you practical info like how the laundry service worked, the gym and pool opening times etc. That would have saved me bothering the receptions staff!
The room was enormous and the view was absolutely stunning, even from floor 17 of 56! Excellent shower, super comfy enormous bed and the lifts up to the bar/restaurant and down to the casino were very quick. The casino itself is 24hrs as you would expect. The pool area was lovely although this early in the season only one of the pools was open. The fitness centre was incredibly well kitted out.

United States of AmericaThe sink fixtures could have been better. Water would spray onto the counter because because it would hit the sink bottom. The toilet worked, but it kept making noises throughout the night.
The room was comfortable, quiet, large, and well-furnished. The casino wasn't too crowded or too loud. The location of the hotel was a good distance from the Strip, not too far and not too close. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at.

United States of AmericaIn the bathroom there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink drain. The water didn't drain well. The room also has a rather outdated and noisy ventilation and AC system. We couldn't get to the pool. For some reason they began to insistently offer us to rent a cabana for $300. Before our arrival, I specifically checked whether we could use the pool. This is included in the price. You rent a cabana specifically for your campaign. We just wanted to get our feet wet and spend some time in the sun before lunch. Pool closes at 5. What a Vegas classic. If you have to go anywhere, you'll walk through slot machines and a lot of people smoking.
I liked the location of the room. We were offered a more convenient option with an additional payment. The room was quite clean. There is a cinema on site with a good price. We also liked the buffet. On Wednesdays they serve lobster. There is a gym on site for training.

CanadaOne of our rooms had a sewer smell (15th floor of the ivory tower). We had some hotel attendants come and dump some solution in the bathroom pipes (they seemed like they were aware of it) but the smell didn't go away; it merely faded. I guess I should have been more adamant to move rooms/floors, so that's my only regret. BEWARE- do not MOVE anything in the fridge as it is sensitive to touch. We weren't allowed to use the fridges for personal use, so if you want to keep your own food/beverages cold, you would have to rent another fridge (which I think is a bit ridiculous...). Sad that the pool(s) weren't open... but I guess that has to do with the season (March).

CanadaNo coffee makers in the room. Loud music everywhere - unless you are in your room there is loud music playing everywhere and nowhere to have a quiet drink. Often times sounds were competing against one another in the restaurants/casinos/bars.
Clean rooms, lots of food options on site (although quite expensive), the Palms Laguna pool area is beautiful and a great place to hang out for a couple of hours.
