It’s not about the hotel or the room, it’s the restaurant they use to provide breakfast—The crazy cow restaurant. The staff of the restaurant wasn’t friendly and considerate. We had the dinner the night we stayed and when serving the food, a part of the food fell off the plate and landed on the table, the waitress just said “oops” and expected we to take it. We looked at each other and then she just asked “do you want me to bring you another one?” OF COURSE!!!! Then she took the fell piece and left. We didn’t even know if she just brought us back the same one!?! Later I found no spoon for pasta and cheese cake, it’s really not considered. I couldn’t find anyone to help me with my pasta, I went ahead to get a plastic spoon they openly provided to eat my pasta. But….Do they expect us to use dinner fork for dessert? Serving a dessert without any utensils??? And I asked spoons for dessert, another waiter just put some spoons on the table without placing them with a napkin. Do they expect us to believe their table is super clean? For the breakfast, we decided not to dine in since the experience the night before and also no kosher option, we ordered to go. The other waitress just looked at me taking some utensils and creams and sugars, her tone was kind of rude and said “You got everything you need already!” WHAT a restaurant! Three different servers with different issues. Best Western, you could do better than working with them!!! Please do something!

Nice pool & hot tub. Good location. Great collaboration with the Crazy Cow restaurant next door - they give you a breakfast voucher and free dessert if you have dinner there. Food at the Crazy Cow is good!

The only complaint is that the pool area was left unlocked. I was worried that might be a safety issue.

The breakfast was wonderful. They share their parking lot with the Crazy Cow Cafe and give each guest a coupon for breakfast. It is a full size breakfast. Excellent value! The pool and spa were wonderful. I didn't expect them to clean our room since we were staying two nights. I was pleased that they came in and made the beds, gave new towels and fixed the loose toilet seat.

We always stay here as it is the perfect stop on a long road trip. The staff is always so friendly and the location is beautiful for being located on a freeway. There is open ground and a quiet country road right at the hotel to walk our dog. We always leave to early for breakfast, but that is a great option and value for your money.
