Unless you have a car, it's at least a 20-minute walk to get anywhere... Only provided two bottles of water on our first night, and we stayed for 4!

The air conditioning is set way too cold in the bar and restaurant, we had to leave the restaurant to sit outside where it was more comfortable.

Maid service is not good. Ina 5 day stay only cleaned our room twice. Food in restaurant and bar is limited and not great quality or flavor.

They do not have alcohol service on the beach- you have to get your own drinks. 👎🏻The convenience shop was very limited (& expensive.) Also, a cold water pitcher (or something) on the beach would be appreciated.

Our suite was very expensive and we expected all to be perfect. There were small issues - tattered rug, lighting ambiance could be better (dark spots and too much light in others), the fan was noisy and a light switch was missing. These issues shouldn't happen when you are paying top dollar. Not the fault of the resort, but it is far from everything except the beach. There are no shops, restaurant or even a convenience store close by. Taxis were difficult to get and we found both taxis and Ubers expensive. Perhaps a shuttle provided by the hotel? If you want to stay put it's an excellent resort for families.

We booked an Oceanview room and it did not disappoint. It is a very old character resort that has been completely remodelled. The room was large and spacious and it had a nice bathroom. The resort is right on the ocean and the view was excellent. The beach itself is beautiful soft sand and perfect for children. This resort has many family activities planned at the beach - lots of beach toys and lounge chairs. We found the food and service in the restaurants very good and the staff overall were knowledgeable and courteous.

The parking situation. There should be more accessibility to your vehicle. Paying nearly $900 per night with taxes, resort fees etc. An additional $48 per day to park your car is unreasonable

The hotel's hallways are designed with an open layout, similar to those of a motel, a detail not captured in the photos. Additionally, the bathroom floor in my room was uneven, with the shower area elevated above the rest of the floor, leading to shower water flooding the entire bathroom.

The team was very attentive. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we were unable to use the pool area, which seemed very pleasant. Good location.
