Aircondition was very noisy. Some kitchen staff, like pans should be changed.

Location was good, room was clean and staff were friendly. Refrigerator and microwave were new Free parking lot was super. Hotel atmosphere was perfect.

I only wished breakfast had slightly more options, but was decent considering price and not far from our Destination trip at Disneyland.

The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. They provided great service and assistance with questions and provided dining options near by. Would recommend 100% and book again.

Front door was open and not locked or secured. Security could be taken a bit more seriously. Anyone could have wandered in and since there was no one at the front always, it seemed vulnerable. d

Great room size and lay out. Kitchenette was tucked away and the room felt open. The bathroom was small but the way it was sectioned off with a little hall was great.

There's nothing I don't like about this place.

The staff is always super friendly! The associate who checked me in is always so attentive. I really appreciate the time they put into getting me checked in early too. This was our third time staying here and will always stay here for our Disneyland trips.

The pillows were huge made me uncomfortable but the front desk replaced them when I asked. They don’t have laundry room.

The breakfast was just coffee, fruit, muffins, and cold cereal. There are vending machines, but it is cheaper to go to the store.

The decor was appealing, the staff was very friendly, and the location was in the middle of Disney and Knotts.

Being on the ground floor, noise from footsteps in room above was quite loud. We would have liked more options for breakfast, everything was quite 'sweet', so more healthier and filling options would have been lovely.

Lovely self contained rooms, very spacious and a nice patio with seating (we were ground floor). Location is great with a large supermarket across the road. 24 hour tea and coffee making facilities was a great bonus.

Late night parking is a hassle.

I really like the location around the area. The food and restaurant were good picks to try. There is enough parking especially coming from Disneyland. Just need to ask the front desk to open the gate. Breakfast coffee is very good and resourceful

It's an old hotel and the pathway to the rooms are quite outdated.

The room is spacious and if intend to cook your own food this is the right place to stay as they provide a good induction cooker, a big fridge, microwave and oven. All the basic kitchen utensils are provided as well. Apart from that this hotel also have a free breakfast section for all guests for your morning coffee and snacks needs. Parking space provided is also very spacious. Aside from that, this hotel also is also very near (walking distance) from a couple of eateries, a big grocery store, pharmacy and others. This place is a good place also for a stay if you're going to Disneyland as you can leave your car at the hotel and go there by Uber/Lyft.

Fast checking! Very clean in and out of the property!! The pool was very clean and so beautiful! Felt like a Mexican house 😂 the room was so clean very spacious and the bathroom was clean as well!
