The hvac system was extremely loud at night, mattresses were creaky and noisy, and the water cut out for a full minute around 8am.

For the price I paid per night, I expected a nicer hotel experience. The bed was so uncomfortable and old. My shower was not clean and the bathroom didn’t smell like it had been either.

The breakfast was good! The staff were very nice and helpful.

No Continental breakfast, which it was advertised to have had. For the cost of the noisy room there certainly should have been a discount applied to compensate. The beds were merely a horizontal place to lay down. We had a pet spider in the bathroom.

This was a two Queen Bed room. They only provided 3 towels of each variety. That is to say, 3 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 3 wash cloths. Seems like 4 of each would be more appropriate.

The facility was under construction so no breakfast was available. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. Also the mattress was noisy if you rolled over.

Under renovation. Lobby area draped from ceiling to floor with plastic tarps. Back door lock was broken, forcing access from front or side entries. If it matters to you, bathroom was claustrophobically small.

The traffic getting to the hotel is awful. We were a bit surprised by that. We discovered we should have researched the area better. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as the wait for food was longer than we cared to wait.

The parking lot was great we were able to park close to our room and not carry our bags through the hotel. The location of the hotel to some of the main attractions in Gatlinburg, is very good. The view from our room was also very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Reservation included breakfast but breakfast was not available due to a water leak 3 months before we stayed. No prior notice of no breakfast available. Staff pointed out an alternative to have breakfast but was unaware that the alternative was closed. Staff generally found to be unhelpful.

They had a severe water leak two months ago and the entire bottom floor is under reconstruction. This.took out their breakfast service but the room charges do not reflect the loss of the meal.

The location is easy to work with, right on I-5. The staff is fine and the rooms are clean.

Staff were EXCELLENT, felt safe, friendly, the rooms were roomy and clean and equipped. We were on the 3rd floor and it was incredibly warm & stuff on that floor, not in our room the air conditioner works great! I would stay again.

We had a double "Queen" bed and they are closer to Full size. One of the beds squeeked so much we had to put the mattress on the floor. Breakfast is a cold style breakfast. Nothing warm, like eggs and sausage. Right next to a burned down motel and junkier looking trailer park.
