a/c could not be adjusted... bed was in an awkward position against slanted wall, even though they had directTV, the channel selections and remote were difficult to use.

room was clean, key was in door making easy for late arrival... manager was available when I called, there was actually parking which was good.

The rooms that say has a kitchenette does not. It has a mini fridge and a sink. A plug in hot plate. Some bathrooms are great some not. The cottages are outdated very small and not worth the money. Bathroom is so tiny and no room. We switched to a room. The staff however was great with switching us over so because of that we will go again

We felt uncomfortable that there was not a good lock on the door. There was no dead bolt or chain. Also there was no place to put our suitcases or clothes.

A bit more attention to details of the renovation. My husband has claustrophobia & was nervous about the slanted ceiling & overall size of room.

Would have like to have had an area to hang clothes and put in a drawer. We were there for 10 days. Instead of the small table for the tv, have a dresser with the tv on top. Add some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc. Better window covers on the first floor. Need to resolve parking issues, some guest took up a couple spaces.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great for short stay vacation (1-3 days). Pretty much as everything you need, small frig, stove, cookware etc. Towels were provided as needed and any room issues fixed very quickly. Would stay here again.

The bathroom design is so flawed that there is constantly water on the floor. The shower is built into the floor and has no shower door. We only turned the shower on to rinse off, but decided it would be better not to shower until we left because of the enormous amount of water going around the bathroom.

I was happy to be able to get into a motel on semi-short notice. It is near my hometown and is a good walking distance to the beach. There was a camera in front of my door which made me feel safer.

We stayed in mid July & had no control over our AC. To have the AC temp changed we had to go to the office or contact someone via phone. It was very inconvenient & that made us too uncomfortable to try to get our AC adjusted after hours which was really the only time we spent in our room. I've never stayed anywhere where I didn't have control of the temperature in my room.

My 1st night at Pine view the cottage was in disrepair and old, and not as pictures showed , was 1 bed room and suppose to have a futton The couch was nasty would not let dog lie on it , door broken could see the outside with door shut. Shower all stained and broken, the list goes on . Cottage was just nasty ,I called booking to complain . they had me speak with MGR. The Mgr Patti was nice she moved me to Marvin Gardenrentals across street nice cottage . Pine view cottage old and nasty.

The second location they moved me too. across the street was good nice cottage Marvin gardens ,the staff was friendly and cottage nice.

I found the bed sheets to be less than clean, and tthe the bed was uncomfortable quite a bit. Additionally, I couldn't control the AC in my room, which meant it was often either too hot or too cold until assistance arrived. To make matters worse, one of the lights kept flickering. Furthermore, the curtain was too short, and although I requested for it to be fixed, the owner stated that there was nothing they could do about it.

We liked the location, and the organization of the property.

Wasn't truly disabled friendly. No railing to hold to get off toilet, no soap holder, in shower at sitting level. Floors and sink could have been cleaner.. Patti's Son putatively set the climate control on 72, but it blew cold air on me all night, I shivered under the covers and sneezed all night. Patti doesn't answer her phone after 8:30pm, doesn't return messages. The TV does not turn on with the remote, you have to get up. Her Son knew about it and stated, it would be fixed or replaced, after I've left. WHY NO BEFORE MY STAY? Poor Joanne had to run out and get me a bag of ice, because there's none on site.. I've stayed at better places for the money. NEVER SAW THAT BIG, BEAUTIFUL POOL, AS ADVERTISED.

Cute, cozy room, Great location. Very close to all the fun and festivities. Joanne is an absolute sweetheart and a God send.

Cord for AC runs across the path to the doorway used to access the best feature, the porch. Outlets did not have covers...quite a few fire hazards. The shower was painted and the paint from the bottom of the shower was peeling and coming off on our feet. No mirror at all, anywhere. I had to go into my car to put on my makeup. I'm not a princessy girl and have stayed in a variety of places, but this one was a bit rough. Rougher than expected.

Loved the porch. We know the area so weren't surprised at the location.

It said there was a balcony, no. The lamp bulb was broken, minimal light. The mattress was very thin and noisy. The check in person wanted to leave the office and called to see when we would be there, we had till 8:00pm and it was only 6:30. It was called a lodge, there was a 4ft x 7 ft lobby.

Was disappointed that the pool area was across a busy street and not right at the location of where we stayed. The parking was tight.

The room was clean, although small. The location was handy to the downtown area. The staff was helpful.
