No microwave, we had some minor plumbing issues, all of our jets in tub didn’t work, seating on patio very uncomfortable

Lovely grounds and landscaping. The bed was very comfortable!

The buildings and rooms are a bit dated and could use some upgrades such as the carpeting but it is kept very clean.

The location is perfect, and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are big and the hotel has a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast in the restaurant is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It seemed dated. The parking lot wasn't cleared off completely and had ice patches.

Parking in front of the room. The restaurant and their staff was really nice. The size of the room was nice.

The restaurant seems understaffed. We had to wait awhile to be seated even though there were only one or two occupied tables. This happened several times. One night they closed for dinner as they were understaffed again…. Also the pictures on their website led me to believe there was a bar at the pool. That is not the case.

The location was perfect, close to main hiking areas and city life. The serenity lawn was beautiful. The lobby and restaurant were nice looking. I loved the tennis courts and that they let us borrow rackets and balls.

Our room being on the lower level--the view was not great, and worse, we didn't feel like we could sit on our patio because it was awkward with people in the hot tub. We also had to keep our drapes drawn or had no privacy.

The location was nice, but a drawback was the distance from town--either a long walk, or being stuck in traffic when we drove in to eat or shop. The property was kept up nicely and lovely, and overall quiet. I like the pool and hot tub as well.

The wait staff was way too short on Easter morning. We had to wait about an hour and a half to get our food, after they told us it would be about 10 minutes. Just be honest & tell us the truth next time. We would have went somewhere else.

They call it a resort, but the rooms are definitely outdated and their beds are uncomfortable. Plus the bed squeaks with the slightest movement. Staff charged me twice by accident but I’m the one who caught it and had them reverse it.

The scenery was beautiful. Nice green grass and walkways.

We had trouble with our doors latching and seemed others did too when it got cold outside we would get locked out. We ordered room service once and learned our lesson. Mid food and high prices. I would stay again though!

Great location and beautiful grounds. Staff is so friendly and rooms were clean. Heated pool and hot tub was nice.

Inadequate coffee service and no microwave. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning, be advised to bring your own coffee maker. There is a tiny Keurig coffee maker. There is no way to heat hot water to make your own . And, the restaurant is a long walk from the room so buying a cup is inconvenient. A complete upgrade of the coffee service is warranted as is adding a microwave.

Nice setting. Quiet. Close to town but out of high traffic area. Rooms large and clean though nothing special in the lower cost range.

There was a door joining our room to the guests next door although it was closed, at times the sound would carry and could be a bit loud but nothing unreasonable.

Conveniently located. Rooms were simple but comfortable.
