You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey didn’t clean or service our room. One towel and one washcloth a piece. No coffee pods in our room, when I asked they said the truck hadn’t arrived yet… I guess it never came because we never got coffee. They said it was served in the lobby so I could get it from there.

United States of AmericaBooked for 3 people, there were only 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels in the room. Breakfast line was not kept up. Had to search for eating utensils, napkins, wait for food, coffee, creamer, but I do believe that someone did not show up to do breakfast. Had to go to the main floor for ice from the third floor.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that there was an odd stain in the bath tube. I tried taking it off with a napkin and it didn't budge at all. I also had a hard time with the AC. It was great at first but in the middle of the night it was reallly hot despite the fan blowing. I don't sleep well with a hot room. Other than those few things everything were great.
I liked the cleanliness, the room location, and the staff was alright with no complaints. The breakfast was also a big seller as the super 8 next door doesn't have a breakfast.

So we couldn't take Showers in the morning!!!! The water was ice cold so we waited a few and still was ICE COLD!!!!! I went to check out and the employee said that he could maybe turn the water heater up???? Its not the employees fault but I do feel like we should of at least been given a discount towards are room.
