Didn't like there was no microwave in the room and not much we could for us to eat at cafe on site as we don"t eat meat.

Liked the location and facility was clean. We booked for two nights but had to leave after first night. I was sick and we needed to return to home town to go to hospital. The front desk staff took the second night charge off and that was very appreciated.

That we were on the 3rd floor and I kept having to go back down stairs because my key didn’t work. Very inconvenient especially when you’re tired.

They take $50 deposit every day you’re there whether you use a bank debit card or a Discover credit card! The light was out over the sink, and they were never able to repair it in 5-6 days. The young girl bartending the lobby bar was unfriendly. One evening I arrived 30 minutes before closing (8:30 or 9:30) but she was in full clean up mode, and the first thing she said to me was “We’re closing very soon.” I never saw her smile then or the next 30 minutes.

The lack of power outlets in the room, there was no outlets by the bed, I have a bipap machine that needs to be plugged in, also we had to charge our phones in the bathroom! If only they could put bedside lamps in the room with power outlets built in! Breakfast was very good but not impressed with the food in the bar area!

The cashier had an issue with my credit card at check in, he said the card didn’t go through, we used another card. In the meantime I got a notification from American Express my card indeed went through and was approved. The cashier did credit the other credit card. I just didn’t like the fact that you had an issues running the card and somehow made us feel like the problem was ours. This is a common occurrence now blame the customer, instead of owning the problem and fixing it. I wonder how many other guests this has happened to, didn’t catch it and paid twice .

We waited a good 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk after ringing the bell several times. There were other people waiting in the background thar apparently has been just waiting for someone to come.

I love the suites that over look the city. We also love the comfortable bed and dreamy pillows.

coffee maker did not work (another sent up to room, worked) coffee pods had to be fetched at the desk, room servicer should at least give some more when delivering new towels. after all, we made our own beds in a.m. did the trash etc.

Outside needs cleaning up. Ashtrays and garbage can overflowing . Bedroom carpet coming up . Bathrooms need updating. Thermostat set and you can’t change temperature. Bedding is outdated and not efficient. Service is slow in bar area.

The lobby area is really nice and the deck is set up nicely.

I felt like the carpets were not vacuumed well and were stained in the room amd hallways. Only one water fountain in the entire place and no water bottle stations.

We were on the 5th floor and had a beautiful view of the desert valley. The beds were overall pretty comfy. The breakfast room service was great and tasty as well as the food in the restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a suite, which in my opinion was not well arranged. The refrigerator was set off in a corner and not convenient to the sinks. The couch in the seating room was cold hard faux leather. It was not comfortable. If it were up to me, I'd do a bit of rearranging to make the seating area more efficient.

Guest service staff was very welcoming. The lobby was pleasant and it was convenient to get to our rooms. There were trollies, although they are in need of paint. This too made it easy to get to our room. There was a community display of gingerbread houses, that was cute. Some displays were quite excellent while others were works in progress. Which, in my opinion, was also excellent because they were made by less skilled people. We enjoyed our stay.

We love having a little staycation here, great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the facilities here are good.

We had a room on the second floor. I specifically asked for a view. We had a great view of the roof top which we could have walked onto if we wanted. The cafe makes great coffee and we were looking forward to our last cup before leaving Monday morning but they were closed.

Very nice hotel. Good value for the price. Centrally located between Prescott and Prescott Valley. Friendly staff.

Old and dated rooms, water pressure/temp wasn’t strong, patio door was not insulated well. It would cause windy howling sounds all night.
