The the blanket on the bed however was thin. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was only open from 1-9:30pm. As we arrived later in the evening and checked iut after just one night we didn't get a chance to use it which was a big reason we chose this one. The included breakfast was sketchy.. the coffee was awful.

The room was good, hotel was fair for the price and the location was good for what we needed.

Bathroom was tiny, but would rather have more room in the main room. Wish they had bacon at the breakfast. Pool doesn’t open til 1:30pm for some reason. Room doors slam and with people coming back from casino all I heard was doors slamming from 1am-4am

Guy that worked the front desk was friendly and super knowledgeable. King room was nice and spacious. New tv, fridge, and micro was great.

The pool was too cold to use and hot tub was not open and had based my choice on it having those items.

The whole hotel needed updating. Really showed its age. The hotel had a musty smell throughout which turned me off. No room cleaning service til after 3 days. Not enough soap to last more than 1 or 2 days. The pool area also needed updating. The one and only elevator also needed help. Kind of old. All entryways had steps without railings making it a bit hard to make it up the stairs safely.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool was nice and refreshing. Location was good for our visit to Mystic Seaport. The bed was comfortable.

Confusion getting checked in. Getting luggage in was awkward. The one morning we checked on breakfast, it was non-existent. Inquiring at the desk was futile.

What I didn’t like was that this facility was advertised as non-smoking, and the first room I was assigned reeked heavily of smoke. I have asthma and can not tolerate this. Luckily, there was another pet friendly room that was free of smoke. The difference was night & day. Also, we woke up to a small ant infestation on the desk by the microwave & fridge. We didn't use the microwave & only kept drinks & meds in the fridge.

I liked the availability of a pet friendly room & the desk clerk was very kind, accommodating & professional when I needed assistance.

The sink faucet core was reversed,hot to the right ,cold to the left.Toilet was too low ,was loose and the seat too.No grab bar to help standing up.The door jam to the deck was rotted at the base.The air conditioner leaked water.

It could use some updating!

The ease of finding the property and it’s location to other activities. The amenities provided were great- I only wish we got a chance to use them! There is a restaurant on site and the food smelled great!
