There was 4 of us. And not enough towels. No water in the room. No amenities. Showed a pool but was nothing so kids were disappointed. No body wash, just a tiny soap for 4 of us.

The front desk staff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all, that’s if they are even at the front desk when you get there. Be prepared to stand around for a few minutes before anyone realizes you are there. I asked about long term parking but it’s run through one of the shuttle drivers who you have to track down yourself and he just calls a guy on the phone and takes your credit card info over the phone. Didn’t feel legit but we had to leave for our flight. Upon our return we called the front desk to request a shuttle to the airport for pick up. After standing around for over 30 minutes we decided to get on a different shuttle to a nearby long term parking lot. We walked from there to the hotel and upon arrival nobody was at the front desk but a shuttle driver walked by, we asked if a shuttle had been sent to the airport to pick anyone up and he said “no”, it was never mentioned to him. We asked to go your car in the locked parkade and when we got there he told us we hadn’t paid, but also asked for a completely different price than I had paid 10 days earlier. Luckily I received a text when I paid and used that to confirm with him. It took him about 10 minutes to track down and confirm my payment on his phone. The experience on both ends of our trip was not enjoyable. Will not be back.

There was a very odd smell coming from the room and staff must have known about it due to the fact the window was slightly open. The room looked clean but upon waking up we found a bug in the bed. We wanted to notify staff about it that morning before checking out but the only staff at the counter was the man getting ready to drive the shuttle to the airport.

Side exit should have an elevator. The vending machines were all out of order. The staircase just smelled of weed and smoke.

The frost desk receptionist was a bit gruff. The elevators and hallways were worn and smelled of weed.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that this location was walkable from the airport.

The morning shuttle driver was surly, lazy, and didn't seem to care he had a job. We were told the shuttle would run every 30 minutes and we should come down 10 minutes early, which we did. After the shuttle (which was parked out front) was 10 minutes late we asked the front desk person where the driver was. He called out that it was past 6:30 and the driver came out of the back office and promtly disappeared. After waiting another 10 minutes we again asked the front desk what happened to the driver, and he said he'd go look for him. After another 10 minutes the driver came downstairs but then disappeared again. We loaded our own luggage in the van and waited for him. We finally left approx 40 minutes later than scheduled. Despite the fact that a fellow traveller was very friendly to him he didnt say a word and certainly didnt apologize or offer any explanation for missing the 6:30 run entirely and being 10 minutes late for the scheduled 7am trip. We unloaded our own luggage at the airport.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect. The shuttle driver who picked us up at 1am was on time and cheerful.

Had to wait around for desk service. Initial key would not open room door. Food stains splashed on the drapes. Wet area of bed closest to window. No answer calling desk for dry bedding; no answer by phone. Room was freezing. Bathroom vanity looked beaten up in room 129. Broken door lock. Had to stack chair and ironing board in front of door to feel safe.
