The facility itself was dated. It needs to be updated. It seems like there was a high population of homeless people in and around the property. There was no breakfast as was advertised. The bathroom was clean but when I took a shower one evening there was no hot water and the same thing happened to my daughter when she showered in the morning. The room had the smallest TV I have ever seen. The carpets in the room need to be replaced. It is old-looking and dirty.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The property was perfectly located and quiet. The staff was friendly and polite.

It’s old and it needs updates. I had to take tepid showers. The room itself was comfortable but the bathroom door was pretty banged up as was the tiled floor. Also they advertise breakfast but are remodeling their dining area. We were there 3months ago and it was the same. I was very disappointed.

I would say the cleaning, the bathtub was dirty and the sheets but it looked like they were remodeling so I’m hoping that was the reason.

I mainly like the location because it was close to where I needed to be the next day. Also the staff was pretty friendly and kind.

The bugs (ants) where crawling on our bed and curtains. There was one chair with a broken arm, and a chair to read was not available in this room. The included breakfast turned out to be a bag breakfast. The kitchen was out service, renovation was the claim. This location is in need of renovation.

The staff was pleasant. They have a lot to keep up with and I hope they get by this bump in the road.

sorry I got the two mixed up, there was really nothing I liked about the property. I wish I had gotten photos, you would be appalled.

the property is under constant construction from what I understand, the floors in the rooms were sticky I did not walk barefoot in my room, the first room the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t want to move me till I pushed the issue, then they finally moved me. Then my last night I woke up to the air conditioner making a horrible clanging sound at 2:30am and I had to shut it off to get it to stop. The lady my first night at the counter was rude. When I told someone who lives in the area about my stay they laughed and said that hotel has been this way for years!

I have stayed at this location MANY yrs when it was Ramada Inn. This stay was least enjoyable. The room smelled musky. I was charged a separate disinfectant/cleaning fee from my bill, which, was done through booking.com. how is this legal?

I LOVE the location! I love the price for the location. The for the most part are always nice yet on occasion you can tell when someone is having a bad day or hates their job.

The place is run down. Need major renovation. Room had a really bad smell but after checking out other rooms the receptionist ( who was very kind) found one room that not smelled as bad than the others.

Sort of old and in need of updating. The room lighting was pretty dim and the weather seal around the door to the pool was gone so you could see daylight and feel air around the door.

It was close by highway and restaurants and had a pretty good continental breakfast. price was reasonable as well.

Banging on wall / Loud music from neighboring room. Hot water takes way too long, about 10 minutes to get warm then scolding hot. Breakfast quality was subpar but stocked well. Door had to be jiggled to get to lock properly and almost couldn't get out. Expect more for $200 stay.

Cold ac. Comfortable bed + soft pillows. Late breakfast and checkout times compared to some other hotels.
