Unfortunately, the chaos of the tenderloin has just surrounded this property, making it hard to walk in the immediate area. I just ended up taking a cab home at night to get through it all…it’s a really good hotel whose owners are clearly doing a good job, in a sort of rough area.

It is an excellent location in terms of access to the city- and it has parking which is rare in this part of town! The room was totally clean and the staff was awesome.

No microwave in the room The wall was thin, noises from the next door was heard. Partially because they were loud also. Sirene noises and people fighting & played music from downstairs on the street could be heard in our room #302. The AC placement was bad! It was blowing b right on to the bed next to it.

I asked the receptionist not to do the billing with the card I reserved the hotel because it is foreign and they would charge me a surcharge. It was the first thing she did and they almost blocked my card.

The location is very noisy and loud. Which has nothing to do with the property itself. The surrounding area is not very safe looking.

Very clean & beds are comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property has a fence around it with made me feel safe & my car would be safe in that area.

The location was not ideal. There were many homeless right outside doing drugs. The streets were dirty and littered. It was also very noisy with sirens and the homeless talking outside.

If it had a downside it was one which applies to much of San Francisco - its homeless person situation. It is appalling on every level including its impact on the image for the city. To walk out of your hotel and have to step over a prostrate person on the sidewalk is not a pleasant experience. No fault of the hotel of course, but it has an impact.

Best Western has a standard and this hotel met that standard. Mr room was comfortable and the facilities were very good It's location was very good for access around the city

The neighborhood.. Lot’s of noise in the night because of addicted homeless people. We did not complain, so they didn’t get the chance to change rooms or anything.

The wifi was spotty. Also, my partner’s and my king room had an issue with the shower drain not draining the water. Eventually staff helped us and all was fine.

The breakfast was amazing! My partner and I were very pleased. The food was always hot and staff maintained the area and food well.

The streets around the hotel are a cesspool. So mamy homelesses and junkies. That was a disaster. Its not a hotels fault, of course. But be prepared for that.

Hotel is good, staff at reception always smiling and helpful.

The parking, many homeless people outside, and i arrived to room one night around 11:30 pm and had to park outside while a homeless person was trying to jump the gate to get inside of the facility. There are no security guards outside and this felt unsafe.
