There was only the one Red Lion Sign. We weren't sure it was the right place.

It was two rooms with a California King bed. A very fancy hotel, once. It looked as if times had shut down the bar, restaurant. The pool area was awesome.

Overall, a surprising level of comfort for the price. Because of my work, I try to stay within my per diem allotment and so cannot indulge in the luxury "leading" properties. This Red Lion though had several things really in its favor: comfy bed with extra pillows and blankets per my request, a GOOD breakfast with fresh, hot food, a redone bathroom with a large solid countertop so all of our (many) medications and toiletries were accessible, and really nice modern common areas. I would have given everything a 10 but the room was a bit shabby (torn carpet) and there was no bread decaf at breakfast. Picky, I know! Very very comfy, and for the price a I would absolutely go back

This is an older facility, and things are a bit dated.

Although this is an older facility and a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable enough. Very good for the price I paid! The breakfast was better-than-average with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The dining area was quite lovely.

No elevator and had to carry all of our things upstairs. Car was broken into, and some items stolen out of car. It was freezing outside and had to walk through an outdoor foyer to get to our rooms. Didn't like that at all. TV was broken and has lines across the screen.

Room was decent. Breakfast was good. Building and cafeteria was modern and nice. Loved that there were not many people. Great location for getting around to different areas of tri-cities with lots of options for food.

The carpet didn’t seem clean.

The staff was friendly, checkin was very quick, and the beds were comfortable. Just needed a spot to stop for the night.

Location is amazing. Property is old and dated. They have done some updates but still feels very dated as you walk around. Front office staff were not friendly, breakfast was ok. Most of security lights around parking lot were burnt out. seems like the property is about to close down...

Getting more run down. We requested no adjoining room, guess what we got...so hubby went to front desk...they moved us to a smaller, more run down room. Wasn't worth it to complain again. He did ask for the room we usually get and she flat out said no way. 4th stay there and you treat us poorly....not impressed.

Bed mattress had a crater 2foot wide and 1foot deep on one side of bed..Shouldn't of gotten by housekeeping or maintenance Moved to another room.. Great mattress...

The toilet didn't flush well at all. The windows were dirty enough you couldn't see out of them. The room was dark and not all the light bulbs worked.

The hall carpet had a lot of crumbs - dropped food? It was still there in the morning. One of the heaters was very noisy so we just turned it off.

No night time lighting on the pathway across the landscaped area from our room area to the office. Inoperable ice machine on our floor.

The pillows on the bed were square, fat, hard, and lumpy. It was like they took decorative couch pillows and put a square pillowcase on them. Impossible to sleep on them or without them.

Relatively small room. Only one end table next to the bed, which was a pain since we both have CPAPS. Mattress was a little lumpy. The easy chair in the room was old and filthy,

Stayed in a disability-friendly room with a walk-in shower. The room was clean (except the easy chair). HVAC worked fine. Room was quiet. Breakfast had the normal hot options and the surroundings are pleasant.

The slider out to the courtyard was very hard to open and shut. Its very old and the glass was very dirty.
