We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room is out dated and need to some work. While the room was clean, the comforter had holes from wear and tear, the toilet is not sealed to the floor and comes up from the floor, and the WiFi didn’t work at all, I’d also suggest adding lamps and hair dryers.
The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

OUR SERVICE DOG PULLED SOMETHING OUT FROM UNDERNEATH THE BED..... POOP FILLED MEN'S UNDERWEAR!!!!! 🤢🤢
It was quiet and it was great for our 2 service dogs... However the room was a lil small but we made it work!!!! The bed was actually comfy need btr pillows tho!!!!

The Television lost signal a lot the lights went out but the generator picked up I seen a few roaches the housekeeper spray still was a few. I don't like the fact that when I checked out I wasn't checked out until the next Day. December 3 2022 at 10-11:00 the next day I was supposed to been checked that the Day but I checked out. Early The person at the front desk stated he didn't feel like doing the paperwork the reason why he didn't check me out the day of friday 2,2022 I was overcharged for a few more days I paid $704 for the room on November the 12th - Dec 3 was already payed for 704.00 dollars and checked out December the 2nd and was charged for December the 3rd which was the time I was supposed to be checked out and was overcharged $295 .00 dollars and still have not been reimbursed my money. I checked out early on Friday 12, 2022

My shower curtain was unclean in one room and both tubs in the rooms I reserved were not clean. When I turned on my shower a roach came out the drain. There was no iron in the room, the front desk had to bring one to the room. There were no phones in the rooms.

The hotel was in the middle of renovations, so there was a lot of construction stuff and items from old rooms just piled up which I understood, but still makes you feel a little less safe. The inside of the room LOOKED wonderful, but I guess 20 years of smoking in those rooms kept the facelift from keeping the constant smell of smoke out. It smelled terrible and we smelled like smoke when we left.

I’ve stayed here before and Ioved the accommodations but the room I was in this time had paint all over the floor and the room had bugs in it the bed spread was nasty the pillow cases hadn’t been cleaned

The batteries were dead in our door. It wouldn’t open. It was late and very cold and we had to wait for the door to be fixed. There was a sonic milk shake in the refrigerator and a long black hair and short black hair in the tub. The floor was gritty and I forgot my Lysol. I didn’t touch much and wiped down what I could with hand sanitizer. The bed was comfortable so I slept and left immediately in the morning. Nasty. Be ready to clean, if you stay.
The man working there, that night was very nice. Did all he could to help us. If you need a cheap, quick night and can’t afford 20$ more to stay somewhere else, it’ll do. But, I won’t be back.
