Bed was quite old, hope they place a soap with better scent.

Breakfast was nice, price was not for sure since it is not buffet. Hopefully they change it to small buffet system since it took some time to wait for servers every morning.

No shops or restaurants around therefor the water and snacks are so overpriced at the hotel. Food is under average. To go anywhere to eat is an Uber ride away.

It was supposed to have the breakfast included in my stay (free charge) but they just consider $50 per person per day... I think this is more an issue from Booking, it's not the first time this has happened to me and seems to be lack of communication between Booking and the administration of the places

I did not like their "breakfast included" concept too much, where you receive a credit of 50 dollars per family (in our case 4) to spend on breakfast. Decent menu items naturally starting at 12/13 dollars before tax. I prefer to either just have breakfast included or not.

Everything in the hotel and room was clean and modern. Felt comfortable sleeping there. The staff were friendly and location was good. It requires an Uber to get to the strip but we highly appreciated the quietness and simplicity of the hotel instead of having to drag our children through casinos to get to our hotel room such as the case with the hotels on the strip.

the a/c in the room was too weak for the hot vegas days. the hallways of the hotel (at least at the 5th floor) were not cleaned for days. the same trash and used wineglasses everyday.. the breakfast deal with the in-house "envy" restaurant is uncomfortable and costly. the breakfast itself was mediocre, slow service and not worth the cost.

We spent one night only in the room. The coffee machine was not working in the room and the reception desk gave us a voucher for collecting drinks in Starbucks. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception Welcome drink and dessert was welcome

Went to Envy Steakhouse and unfortunately had a bad experience with the food. All steaks were very over cooked & it really dulled the atmosphere of our business dinner. Hoped for a better experience, especially when staff had a very light load.

Location was great as we were attending a conference at LVCC. Open area on main floor great for meeting up with colleagues and business partners.

Only drawback was that there was only one bar/restaurant option. The hours were good (11 AM - 12 PM) but it would get really busy at peak hours and be a little tough to get quick service. The quality staff there wasn't the problem, they were all very professional and courteous, for a hotel of this size/quality it just seemed like they needed one more solid food and drink option. Not a major issue at all.

Just a little bit off the strip, but in a very accessible location. Lobby is nice, pool is relatively small but quiet and relaxing. Good bar/restaurant in the lobby. There is no casino, but that seemed to be a good thing as it was quieter and not smokey. Would definitely stay here again.

the Starbucks drinks are terrible not worth the price. they need to invest in detachable shower heads

ate at both restaurants food is good. its very convenient. they have a Starbucks but honestly the drinks are terrible its not like a real Starbucks. I would just order a plain coffee and doctor it up the best you can. breakfast items are great. the patio furniture is very comfortable and clean. it says the website says the pool is heated but its not. the beds are somewhat comfortable. very quite.

Everything was very nice. Only had two small concerns . We had to ask that our room be cleaned and we didnt know that there were other amenities. And the robotic delivery system was great. We will take advantage of the extras our next trip.
