Needed distilled water for my cpap, and they did not have any, and we were unable to find any in nearby shops.

Location seemed very good. We walked to all of the places we wanted to visit.

Can not open the window in the room. Therefor dose not take a out side fresh air every morning.

The room inside is good. Staff is kindly. There is around down town. Breakfast is normal. Ground floor is gorgeous.

When we arrived at the hotel they had to find another room because ours was being used , the hotel was busy that night due to a Taylor Swift concert at the Convention centre. They said unless you book direct through the hotel your not guaranteed the room you book through booking.com. This needs to be made clear on booking.com website

Great location, just a 5 min walk across the road to the harbour and beach, with great views of the Queen Mary. Great restaurant on the harbour called Parkers Lighthouse. Cinema and clothes shopping even closer with another 2 restaurant's ,California Pizza Kitchen the other one was called something Island. About a 45 min drive to Universal Studios and a 30 min drive to Santa Monica. Great location

It was nice that they had a snack/convenience store but they should have a better system for it. Like maybe add a little kiosk so you don’t have to wait in line at the front desk. Also the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. You sunk right through the pillows.

I enjoyed the starbucks there and the location of the hotel was good. We could walk to a lot of spots. The place was very clean. House keeping was amazing with replenishing our towels and straightening the room every single day. I also liked that they had a parking garage.

They just don't answer the phone and they don't explain the lighting in the bedroom. You could have an emergency situation and you would have to walk downstairs to get some help and as much as you pay for this hotel you shouldn't have to do that someone should be answering the phone even if it's just to put you on a hold. A allowed the phone to just ring and ring until sometimes it just disconnected because it had gone on too long. They never provided me with a king room during my whole stay even though I payed. I felt like a scam was ran on me because I booked via here. I didn't like the fact that they had people from Israeli Airlines there who were cutting in line in front of people waiting patiently to receive service at the counter. And when I complained about someone cutting in front of me from that airline twice someone working at the counter decided to interject into a conversation that she wasn't a part of and it made me angry at the moment. She was nice enough to explain what was going on but just the same it wasn't my fault they were running late and an excuse me would have been nice. The breakfast restaurant was a joke too. We waited in line to get seated and it was sat in our seat for over 30 minutes without one person coming to even give us water. I believe they were trying to force people to eat a nasty looking buffet that just didn't look appetizing at all.

The fact that even with advanced booking for a king they always conveniently be sold out of king rooms. Other people who booked here were complaining about the same thing.

I booked a room with a king size bed and was placed in a double. The night staff doesn't answer the phone and just didn't seem competent

Neither the room nor the gym was spotless. The bathtub drain didn't work properly and needed to be cleaned.

This hotel won't surprise you. Exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance hotel. Nice pool. Well-equipped gym for a hotel. The breakfast place on the ground floor is expensive while the food is not so good. They make good coffee, though, and the staff is very friendly.

A hair dryer with a 2 foot cord? Really? The furnishings were exactly the same as 10 years ago. The sitting chair was a bit rough around the edges for $400 a night.

Room service was fast. Breakfast was okay, powdered hotel eggs, etc.

the wait to check in to just get our room took longer than excepted way to much time and we ran into a problem when we tried to get our breakfast we got to the line they told us to wait that didn't bother me but what did was that they forgot to give us a table and were letting other people in that were waiting in line behind us

it was a great room nice and comfy didn't look old or dirty the view was amazing we got to see the port the bathroom was nice and clean and had the essentials that we needed
