Only one night there was a little noise from someone in the room next to use I think due to smaller kids. But other than that - it was awesome.

Location was fantastic. 1 block from the beach. You all provided us with towels and beach chairs. The front desk employees were fantastic. They helped answer any questions we had. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet except the last night we were there. I think a noisy family came in to stay in the room next to us but it didn’t keep me me sleeping. We were will definitely stay here again. Great location and staff.

Booked on booking.com, supposed to get room upgrade, have details in messages that show disregard from certain staff monitoring messages, some said it's possible, others said flat no, and wanted to charge for upgrade. When we checked in, told they were sold out, but gave us top floor with view of back and alley below with hostels. Sound coming from drunks throwing up and yelling still permeating up to ninth floor. Room: horribly soft beds. Carpeting coming apart at seams. Toilet has what seems like broken o-ring seal, nasty. Toilet exhaust fan very dusty. Told front desk about it, didn't resolve. Not many AC jacks in sight in room. Also, hole in the center panel between beds not good, can see electric wires, supposed my kid sticks her hand in it. Valet parking only at $50/night, steep.

Friendly service, location near beach, good shower, very good sound insulation from other rooms. Great services to use water accessories. Very good Wi-Fi.

Front desk folks were wonderful however there was a continuous issue with my hotel key card. Took 5 cards during my stay. Housekeeping was less than great. No extra cups and the coffee container was not always refilled.

My room doesn't have a microwave, that would b3 much appreciated to warm food and to make ramen. It does have a mini fridge and a keurig-type coffee maker.

The location is perfect if you plan to reside in Waikiki for the majority of your trip. It's about 2-3 minutes of walking from the beach. The staff are super helpful as well. They can hold onto your luggage if it's too soon to check in. The facility offers amenities like workout equipment to do in the room, beach towels, boards, life jackets, etc etc. I got the partial beach view room. The whole experience was pleasant. The doors are locked after 6 pm, so don't forget your room card. If you do, the front desk is available 24 hours, so you'll be able to get assistance to get into your room.

Love how they let u borrow snorkeling devices and beach chairs. Wish they lend life vests though. Good location. Parking runs out early but can park at a close private parking lots
