Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Minimal amenities, non enthusiast staff, could be modernized. Also they did not have water in the rooms or in the lobby which I thought was crazy.

I was told my room would have a bathtub and it did not: the closet / wardrobe bar is very low and you can't hang a full length coat or dress, the carpet has seen better days. it was a little under the standard of Holiday Inn I'm used to, but it was clean! Hot water was good!
The front desk employee was wonderful, warm , professional, she was A++++ The bed was clean and comfortable, I liked that you could adjust the thermostat, the in room coffee is a real bonus. the location is great for wall street. I loved that you can open the window two inches for ventilation since Covid is still circulating.

Curtain was stuck halfway down, cupboards very dusty, shower curtain didn’t reach the ground so bathroom was drenched after a shower and staff not overly welcoming

I was in a double room on the 11th floor - room 1103. The beds were comfortable but the room was too small for 3 people. The reception area is small as well. There was also mold in the shower area. On the first day, our sink was blocked and the water was running down too slowly so we had to call someone at reception, but that person only used a plunger, no product. So the sink was blocked for the whole stay. Also, no you will not have a nice view - we had a view of another building, a really close view, so if you don't close your blinds you can see each other. I would say that you can spend a few days there, not a whole week though , I would not recommend.
The staff was welcoming. They also had snack at reception free of charge, if you wake up early enough to grab some. The beds were comfortable. I would say that you can spend a few days there, not a whole week though.

Room was small but with all facilities. Breakfast was not available. But hotel was at very good location right in wall street and very near to world trade centre and iconic places.Staff were very well behaved and housekeeping services were good also. An Indian restaurant just adjacent to hotel. Various restaurants and shopping mall nearby. Overall this property is highly recommended for a peaceful nice stay in New York. And yes they provide water bottle free though not in rooms but at reception.

Because it’s an older building there were no amenities like a conference room or business center and my sister had to work a few mornings. Also the air vents in bathroom did not work.

Breakfast was not served. There were two bottles of shampoo and hair conditioner was missing.

The only complaint was that from January 1st 2024 there is no luggage hold. We checked out on January 5th and our flight was not until late at night so we had planned a few things to do during the day before our flight but this had to be cancelled as we had to bring our suitcases with us! Not an ideal situation having to bring 2 massive suitcase around NYC at a busy time of year. I would have liked if we had maybe perhaps had a note put through our door a couple of days before check out to advise us of not having any luggage storage. The lady at the front desk did advise there was somewhere an 8 minute walk away to store a suitcase but you needed to pay for it. Just wanted to make anyone else booking this hotel aware as we were not told and would have considered a different hotel if we had known due to the time of our return flight home.
Location is great! So many subway stations nearby for links to every line. Lots of great places within walking distance for breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided every day. Bed was huge and so comfortable!

Manhattan is generally an expensive place for accommodation, for that money a person could stay in a hotel by the sea somewhere in the Caribbean for a few days, including unlimited food and drinks. But we wanted to be in Manhattan, hence the choice.
Possibility to leave luggage at the hotel even after our check out. WiFi worked fine there
