It seemed odd having to pay for parking in Needham. The parking area wasn't even taken care of. There were potholes everywhere.

The kitchen was well stocked and included little extras like wine glasses and proper cutlery. The shower was very big!

The only little concern I had was because we were planning to occupy the room for 6 days I wish there had been some place to sit outside, with some shade and a cold drink. The specific week we spent was way too hot to take advantage of that perk but I would really appreciate it for next trip.

We chose Residence Inn for the location and the convenience for our travel needs. The hotel offered us even more than we expected. The room was specious and clean and everything worked.

I couldn't open my windows - the handles were taken off and there were signs saying I couldn't open the windows. I think it was a security risk because outside my window, was the roof of another structure with the A/C units on top. But I also couldn't change my room to a higher floor.

The room was extremely spacious. I was surprised to have a kitchenette, living room, desk and a king sized bed. The unit was also very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. I didn't notice until my last night the outdoor area for hanging out and enjoying the weather. I try to be eco friendly and, since I was there for a week, I really liked the option of designating whether I wanted my room cleaned or not - and that the trash cans provided separate containers for trash and for recycling.

kitchen is not stocked. other than salt and pepper, no other spices at all. there are 2 very old cooking pans and a baking dish. so you barely can cook and front desk said they don’t have a thing either.

While the location was convenient to major highways, the industrial park area had an isolated, sterile feeling . Food options required getting on the highway or navigating out of the business area. This location is designed for business travelers on corporate credit cards and the price reflects that.

Easy access to the highway, breakfast was decent but options did not vary over our three day stay.

The room, especially the bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of gross corners, nooks and crannies in bathroom. Main hotel entrance (outside) was pretty dirty, with cigarette butts and spilled liquids. Nice lobby.

The breakfast options could have been a little better. We know it was limited due to Covid, but another hotel near by had a wider selection two weeks earlier.

As stated earlier, there was an extremely bad stench from pets, urinating all over the carpets. They tried very hard to get the odor out, but it was impossible. The hotel itself looked very nice. The manager and staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
