We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with all the amenities. There is a facility located right across the street called the anchor where the kids can play basketball wiffleball, ping-pong fish and you can order food and it has a sports bar atmosphere. we literally spent hours there. The property was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

The master bath toilet did not flush properly so we ended up not using it. Also, both toilets in the apartment were extremely low. Also, an elevator would be great for getting large suitcases up to the apartment on the top floor.

Would like to have been closer to public swimming access, couldn’t connect some devices to wifi not sure why. The bed was a little stiff. Definitely need a little bit later check out, 10am checkout was a little rough.

Everything, the place was beautiful! The rooms were a nicely furnished apartment. We got the golf course view. It was gorgeous! We checked in later than expected but Laurie was very accommodating. She is super nice, great customer service. The day shift lady was great, also! Will be coming back with the entirely family!

Our one bedroom apartment with private patio was immaculately clean, stocked, and cozy. The staff (Todd) provided EXCELLENT customer service. He checked in with us multiple times during our stay and made sure we had anything and everything we needed or wanted. He even recommended where to go for dinner when we checked in. Todd is FANTASTIC! I did not want to go home! We will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Thank you guys so much for the much needed weekend at the lake.

The only reason we stay here is because this is our cousins timeshare. This resort is very expensive and our cousins couldn't even book a second room for us at any type of discount. I am part of the Bonvoy family and was very disappointed that Worldmark/Wyndham & Bonvoy don't play well together. We probably won't be back. There are too many other equally awesome locales we can go for less money. Also, we felt like step-children as we were put in a street facing room next to the stairwell.

Our room had an awful stench, the roof had a leak. The hotel cards stopped working multiple times. The list goes on.

The property was secure. Parking was free. That’s about it.

No onsite options for food/drink. Pool was small and in need of cleaning. Able to hear the party staying above us. Gas grill provided, but looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in a very long time.

Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful. Golf course view from room was nice.

Check in computer was inoperative when I arrived and had to wait one hour for check in. This was not appreciated after a long day of driving with an outside temperature of 97 degrees. Once in the room discovered the in-wall A/C was intermittently operable in the bedroom. Both A/Cs were very noisy.
