Check in lady said I didn't have a reservation. I showed her my reservation for October 22nd. She then said my reservation was for October 22nd and I said-it is October 22nd. She then gave me a non disability friendly room, even though I had reserved a disability friendly room. I had to lug my luggage up the stairs with a hurt shoulder and injured knee.

Beds were not that comfortable. My belief is everything can be terrible, but if the bed (mattress) is the best of the best comfortable you forget about everything else.

The inside of the room was completely remodeled. Beds were small for two adult people.

No breakfast but did offer coffee in am..rooms newly remodeled and clean .pool was clean and plenty towels to dry off..there is a Chinese buffet in same parking lot ..although lots of choices . None was great tasting..there was 7 in our party and no one liked we did get seated quickly pricey too

The mattress was sloped, so sleep was uncomfortable. I also wish we could’ve blocked out the bright outside lights better. Also, we had to bring all our own toiletries; but I feel neutral about this and probably prefer it anyways.

The hotel is in a central part of town and right off the freeway. The area seemed relatively safe. I was impressed at how clean everything was. Amenities were fairly nice. The hotel was also pretty quiet.

We asked for a disabled-room and I was surprised that the shower had a bath tub instead of an italian shower. May be a problem for some people. The swimming pool is not open in the evening so if you stop just for the night, you won't be able to use it, which is too bad as it was still 95 F at 8pm. be aware there is NO fridge or microwave in the room. There is a microwave at the reception that anyone can use.

Remodeled room so it was very nice and perfectly clean. We stopped one night to go to visit the B-reactor the next day - good option as it is 15-20min drive to the visitor center.

The phone service wasn’t really helpful. He could’ve asked what location I was staying at and told me the pool wasn’t ready. I’ll be making sure next time the pool is ready to go.

I loved the lady who helped me check in, but unfortunately the pool wasn’t ready to be swam in yet and that’s what we had wanted. I had called and was told it was working properly. They were nice enough to just refund me my money. Other than that it was great!

Well, it's a typical Motel 6. Building seems old but well maintained, surrounded by ugly parking lot.

Central location, close to mall and restaurants, street in light industrial area. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

…the power was out in that area of Kennewick, but came back on later that night. In the morning when we went to shower there was no hot water. Apparently the hot water tank did not kick back on from the power outage the night before.

It was a motel. Nothing fancy, just a bed to sleep on and a shower for the morning. Except….
